Schumann Resonance Effects by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

The Schumann resonance is known to disrupt the natural frequencies of the human energy field when the frequencies are high.

A. Schienle, R.Stark, and D. Vaitl presented a research paper to the Journal of Scientific Exploration in 1998 it described the effects of hertz changes on the human body.

Therefore, among these changes are neurosis, migraine headache, and emotional distress.

According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) mental health issues are on the increase.  Dr. Joseph Mercola reports in his paper published 12/12/2013 that,“Depression is a pervasive health issue today. According to data from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), one in 10 American adults report some form of depression. Eleven percent of the US population over the age of 12 is on antidepressant medication.”

In addition, two years ago, Marcia Angell, former editor-in-chief of the New England Journal of Medicine, discussed how a shocking 46 percent of Americans fit a diagnosis for one form of mental illness or another. This problem is not limited to the United States.

Correlation between Humans and Schumann Resonance

However, metaphysical science also recognizes there is a correlation between humans, the pulsating conscious of the universe and how the two are entwined.

We live in a three dimensional plain and have shifted into the fourth dimension.  Let’s review what the dimensions are.

The first dimension is a straight line, nothing more or less.

The second dimension is believed to be an unseen dimension of time.

The third dimension extends perpendicular to the second dimension and anything there in can be a plane, a dot, a line or an object.  The third dimension is the physical reality of the conscious being.  This is our dimension, the dimension where humans and other living matter exists.  It is our reality.

The fourth dimension has two parts; the physical and the metaphysical.  The physical aspect of the fourth dimension is where expansion is seen.  The universe is expanding in all directions.

The metaphysical aspect of the fourth dimension relates to the travel form.  This concept involves the Wormhole theory.

In metaphysical science it is also known as the astral plane.

Fifth Dimension

This takes us to the fifth dimension, the topic of this discussion. (No, not the singing group from the 1960s.) In popular culture, the fifth dimension is referred to as the unexplored or unexplained aspects of the universe.  We will explore this aspect of the fifth dimension instead of the mathematical side of the topic.

In other words, the theory of the fifth dimension is that the vibrational frequencies of the earth are increasing and as such our reality as we know it is changing.  The fifth dimension is known as the dimension of love and ascension.

Science has been probing the possibilities of time-space for decades with Einstein being the early leader in time-space continuum study.  The fifth dimension or layer of Creation is a dimension that brings space-time into relationship with the timeless and eternal. The fifth dimension creates a movement of consciousness rather than a movement in the physical reality that we know and understand. This movement allows us to perceive the oneness of life and matter because we are moving within a higher vibrational plane. As we move into higher dimensions, we have a broader view of what reality really is.

Above all, fifth dimensional space is a state of consciousness that is theorize as being like in a dream state.  In a dream, we can explore a situation from many different perspectives.  We can see the outcomes of the situation from each perspective and how it can affect everyone involved.

Meditation and Consciousness

Through meditation our senses are heightened states of awareness, compassion, and knowledge. As our sensory systems align to higher frequencies, we become cognitively engaged in the fifth dimension and it allows us the ability to peer into that dimension.

For instance, the difference between dimensions is not physical, but in consciousness.  Evolution to the next dimensional level requires a shift in consciousness where we are vibrating in resonance with that dimension.  Not everyone on this planet will make the conscious or unconscious choice to shift into the fifth dimension. Many will wish to remain in third dimensional reality where they are currently living.  Time in the fifth dimension is known as ‘The Now’ reality.  What we create and experience in this moment is who and what we are and what we will be, unless we shift our intention. We know that what we focus our attention on will become increasingly powerful and will manifest in our life.  In the fifth dimension there is unconditional love, forgiveness and acceptance.

Similarly, Jesus told us to become like “little children.” In doing so, there is the innocence that is needed to accept the ‘now’ moment and the meaning of becoming one with all that there is.  It is with this innocence that we ascend to the higher consciousness that Jesus lived in each moment.

The next segment is a discussion on: Metaphysical Point of View on Dimensional Shifts.

Dimensional Shift Continues by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

Science once thought the Earth’s frequency or vibrational rate was constant at 7.83 hertz. NASA started measuring our planet’s frequency and discovered that the vibration has increased to 11.2.  And at times 14 hertz and is speeding up.

NASA’s observation of Mother Earth’s vibration has also led to the discovery that our planet’s gravity field is dropping rapidly. Magnetic north is moving rather fast and the inner core is displaced from the angle of rotation. Gaia’s crust is displaced. Within our galaxy it is noted that our sun’s magnetic north and south have not been detected since 1995.  Our sun holds all of our solar system’s planets in place.

What does all this mean?

General science teaches us that the atom is 99% space and 1% energy.  This energy behaves as though it were conscious.  Our entire universe is a pulsation of conscious energy.  I find it interesting that science refers to our universe as a   “pulsation of conscious energy”.

Each planet in our solar system has a “tone” or “ringing” that is emanated from each astral body.  Earth rings at E flat which is noted to be the lowest ring tone.

Research has shown that this exposure of our planet’s vibrational frequency is essential to human health.  This frequency controls our mental and physical health and our circadian rhythm is synchronized. Therefore, our immune system is aided by this frequency which in turn improves our sense of well-being.

It’s in the DNA

We are surrounded by natural frequencies, our body and our DNA communicates by using electromagnetic frequencies. Interestingly, 7.83 hertz is also our brain’s average alpha frequency in electroencephalography. Among the five main categories of brain waves, alpha waves, which are in the middle of the scale, induce relaxation. In addition, this is where we begin to tap into the wealth of creativity that lies just below our conscious awareness.  As it turns out, the source that connects resonances and brain frequencies resides in our DNA helix.  As a result, this has developed over millions of years in the Earth’s environment.  Our Alpha and Theta brain waves both border the frequency of 7.8 Hz. These brain waves are associated with insight, intuition, inspiration, meditation, relaxation, and calmness.

As the earth slows, the frequency increases.  That is to say, at the time when the earth stops its rotation and the resonant frequency reaches 13 cycles there will be a zero point in the magnetic field.  In two or three days the rotation will start again, but will be in the opposite direction.  This will cause a reversal in the magnetic fields which will affect everything in our universe.

Earth sings at E flat

It is said that E flat or 8Hz is the fundamental “heartbeat” of our planet. This heartbeat of Earth is better known as Schumann resonance. It’s named after physicist Winfried Otto Schumann, who documented it mathematically in 1952.

In 1952, German physicist Professor W. O. Schumann of the Technical University of Munich predicted that there are electromagnetic standing waves in the atmosphere. In other words, it’s within the cavity formed by the surface of the earth and the ionosphere. This came about by Schumann teaching his students about the physics of electricity. During a lesson about ball condensers, he asked his students to calculate the frequency between the inner and outer ball, the area between earth and ionosphere layer. They came up with a calculation of 10Hz.

This was confirmed in 1954 when measurements by Schumann and König detected resonances at a main frequency of 7.83 Hz. In the years following this discovery, several investigators worldwide have researched “Schumann Resonance” and a number of properties and characteristics have now been established.

It’s all in your head

The thought waves created by the human brain range from 14Hz to 40Hz. This range only includes certain types of dendrites belonging to brain cells, predominantly within the left the rational hemisphere of the brain, which is the center of activity.

If the two hemispheres of our brain are synchronized with each other at 8Hz, they work harmoniously with a maximum flow of information. In other words, the frequency of 8Hz seems to be the key to the full and activation potential of our brain.

The Human Consciousness Project is an international consortium of multidisciplinary scientists and physicians who have joined forces to research the nature of consciousness and its relationship with the brain. In addition, the neuronal processes that mediate and correspond to different facets of consciousness is observed.

Lewis B. Hainsworth, an electric engineer of Western Australia, seems to have been the first to recognize the relationship between the ELF waves of the TRB, the frequencies used by our brain, and a person’s health.

Hainsworth stated, ”The frequencies of naturally occurring electromagnetic signals [i.e. ELF waves] circulating in the electrically resonant cavity bounded by the Earth and the ionosphere [the TRB], have governed or determined the evolution, or development, of the principal human brain waves.”

Hainsworth concluded that the frequencies of the human brain-waves evolved in response to the TRB’s ELF waves, and that any variation in the frequencies of the TRB would cause an instant modification of the cerebral waves, which in turn would produce changes in a living being’s behavior.

Our brainwaves respond

Gaia’s harmonic OHM or vibration does have an affect on every living creature on earth.  Science has proven our brainwaves respond to the energy and frequency.

Science has continued to study Schumann resonances and have made some interesting discoveries.

Schumann resonances are oscillating magnetic frequencies that happen in the Earth’s electromagnetic spectrum. These frequencies are believed to be generated by electromagnetic changes that occur within the earth’s core. That in turn affects the planet’s surface, and ionosphere, including the beings living upon it. This resonance has been about the same for hundreds, if not thousands of years, but it seems to be changing.

Why?

Conclusion

In the next posting we will take a look at why the changes are taking place.

Dimensional Shift Continued by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

We humans have lost touch with the miracles surrounding us. Life is abundant, yet we no longer cherish or respect this precious gift. What will it take to wake us up from this destructive illusion of self indulgence?

We have already discussed that the earth’s natural electromagnetic field has a frequency measured as about 7.8 HZ or Hertz. There is also monitoring of other normally occurring changes in the universe. All are interconnected. When one aspect of the universe is affected, so is our galaxy affected. After all, it is all one energy.

At the same time, we are learning more about just how much we’re joined to not only this sphere we call home, but to the universe as well. The natural rhythms maintain our health. Yet, we are losing our lifeline to this vibrational nourishment. Humankind is on the verge of letting go of the lifeline Gaia has offered us. If we let go, we will perish, fading away into nothingness. Life as once was will be gone. I’m not sure we will be able to find our way back to our life source if we do let go.

Before the invention of electricity, the human population lived in harmony with the earth. Always connecting with her daily and seasonal cycles for our own natural cycle of life.

Mediation

As we learn to meditate and calm our brain chatter, one’s brain begins to emit alpha frequencies of 7 to 9 Hz. When you’re in a relaxed state it’s then that the brain is in the same frequency of vibration as the energy field of the earth. Then we are living closer to nature. And the more our energy field is in synchronicity with the energy field of the earth, the closer we are to the Creator of All. As a result, we experience more balance in our lives and better health. The feeling of wellness grows stronger as we become more balanced with nature.

The term ‘grounding or earthing’ is often used in conversations to describe being in connection with the vibration of the planet. Walking barefoot on the ground or sitting on the ground connects us to Mother Earth. The most straightforward way to ground one’s self is to simply make contact with the ground on either the dirt or concrete, which is also conductive. You don’t necessarily have to be barefoot, but you do need to have on shoes with leather soles for the earth’s vibration to penetrate into your feet.

Traditionally shoes were made of leather, which actually conducts electrons and therefore maintains a conductive contact between the Earth and your feet. However, modern day shoes with rubber and plastics soles are electrical insulators and therefore block the beneficial flow of electrons from Earth Mother to your body.

Staying Connected

Swimming in a large body of water is another way to consume mass amounts of positive earth energy. This is why doctors in past centuries recommended to patients who were in need of healing from serious health conditions go to the sea or ocean. Sitting on the beach near a large body of water exposes the human body to the ions needed for healing.

There is no negative consequence to grounding or earthing.  Being in communion with the earth provides the opportunity to benefit one’s overall health and well-being.

Being in balance with the energy of All-There-Is brings many health benefits such as less anxiety, better sleep, reduced pain, and overall improved health. Walking in nature helps to expand the lungs with fresh air as we breathe in deeply during our hike. Circulation of the blood brings in more oxygen which in turn helps to clear the cobwebs from the mind.

Through the years several scientific experiments have suggested that when humans ground with the earth it creates a symbiotic relationship. As the energy is transferred between humans and Mother Earth, a communication takes place between the two. This is very likely why we feel enlivened and experience healing when we are one with the planet.

Scientists believe that the magnetic field of our planet can have a kind of “psychic transference” or “psychic information” network connecting to humans. The Schumann Resonance has been linked to diverse psychic and enhanced creativity. Notice the next time you are out in nature how much your senses become heightened. Some of us will be aware that we are picking up on sounds that were not previously heard. Intuition becomes stronger the longer we’re in nature feeling the natural harmonies vibrating around us.

Being Connected

Research shows everything alive responds to the subtlest changes in the magnetic and electromagnetic fields surrounding it. It appears we are creating an environment that is out of tune with nature itself. Technology has provided conveniences, but in doing so has created interference with the natural vibrational frequencies caused by the super accelerator inventions of modern day life.

There has been an increase in the number of people suffering from autoimmune diseases and other chronic conditions. Losing touch with the earth and no longer being nourished by our land has contributed to an increase of:

  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Lupus
  • Inflammatory bowel disorders
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Chronic headache
  • Irritability

We are a bioelectrical being living on an electrical planet. Our body operates electrically. All of your cells transmit multiple frequencies that maintain your heart, immune system, muscles, and nervous system.

The truth is, we have become disconnected from our source of life. We’re ungrounded and we are literally no longer in touch with the Earth. Is this disconnection a major contributing factor in the increase of the illnesses noted above?
