Weight Management & Hypnosis by Janet Lynas

“Now that you are in a relaxed state of hypnosis I’m going to tell you a story.  There was a little girl who asked her mother for a cookie.  Since it was close to dinner time, her mother told her that she could have one cookie.  The little girl took one of the cookies.  She looked at the top of the cookie, at the bottom of the cookie, at the sides of the cookie before she took a bite out of the cookie.  The little girl enjoyed each bite of the cookie….”

Does hypnosis really help with weight loss?  Only if you want to lose the weight.  Many people go to a hypnotherapist expecting to have results after one hypnosis session.  When they don’t see lasting results or any results, they say “hypnosis didn’t work for me.”

For hypnosis to be of benefit for you, you have to decide:

  1. That you want to lose the weight.
  2. That you will commit to the hypnosis protocol.
  3. That you will complete the course of treatment with hypnosis.  It takes between 3 to 5 sessions for the subconscious mind to incorporate the message for weight loss or any hypnosis treatment.

Hypnosis is a powerful tool to help you take control over the issue of weight control.  Hypnosis is safe and effective when one is committed to weight loss.  So, are you ready to take control of your life?  Are you ready to regain your health?  You have the tool to help you regain your health.  Are you going to use it?

Food Cravings by Janet Lynas

The definition of crave is to “want something very much and in a way that is hard to control.”

Dr. Annell St. Charles Ph.D., R.D. published a course on food cravings based on several studies.  In her course, she looks at Evidenced Base Practice and what contributes to food craving and what can be done to address the situation.

With food cravings the best description is: An intense desire to a particular food or type of food to the extent that one would go out of the way to get it.

Is there a genetic explanation for food cravings?  There is DNA and fossil evidence to indicate that the source of our craving for fat, sugar, and salt may date back to the Stone Age.  Our ancestors were genetically similar to modern man.  We, however, don’t have to be concerned with forging for food and our bodies do not have to store fats for survival.  It can take thousands of years for human genes to change, to adapt to our environment.

Modern humans do not have to cope with an absence of food or water.  Our food choices have also been affected by the introduction of highly processed, refined ingredients.  We do have a genetic inclination to stuff ourselves even though food is plentiful.  This causes us to suffer from a variety of chronic diseases.

Early views of the origin of food cravings was that they represent the body’s need for a specific nutrient for both food and nonfood items and this may occur in response to a nutrient deficiency.

Women tend to experience intense food cravings both in the perimenstrual period and prenatally.  These food cravings are a response to hormonal influences such as sex hormones, insulin, cortisol, and sertotonin.

Sex hormones can cause food cravings suggesting that hormone fluctuations may play a role during these times as well as during pregnancy. Women commonly report cravings for chocolate, sugar, and other simple carbohydrates during various stages of menstruation.

Without getting technical, there is a network of nerve cells signaling that can also be modulated by insulin, leptin, and gherkin.  Leptin is a hormone produced by fat cells when they are full; its chief role is to signal the hypothalamus to reduce food intake and increase calorie burning.  Resistance to leptin of a deficiency of ghrelin has been identified in eating disorders with eating behaviors and food cravings.   Obese individuals are typically found to be leptin-resistant and gherkin-deficient.

So, in the absence of proper signaling from these hormones, the brain’s responsiveness to food cues would be enhanced to the point of an overfed state.

Food cravings can be a response to dietary restriction either from caloric consumption or from specific macronutrients.  One of the studies Dr. St. Charles researched found that restricting food intake to lose weight had stronger cravings making it more difficult to resist.  Dr. St. Charles also noted in one study that limiting portion size did not result in the food cravings.

While more research is needed, one outcome from the studies is that food cravings are derived from a physiological reaction to a perceived psychological pleasure.  Moderation is the key.

So what are some steps we can take to help reduce food cravings during weight loss programs?  Portion size is more important than counting calories.  A portion size is the size of the palm of your hand and the thickness of a deck of cards.  Calories are reduced when we eat the proper portion size.  Hypnosis can help in weight reduction as well.  I will discuss the use of hypnosis in weight reduction under the hypnosis section.

Lift Up Mine Eyes by Janet Lynas

In the last post, we talked about the seven whatsoever checks.  Did you  fill them out?  Have you thought about them on a serious level?

The second day we look at: Thy Kingdom Come in Earth as it is in Heaven

Mr. Clark asks an interesting question, “What is the Kingdom of Heaven?”  He goes on to say that the Lord’s Prayer is a definite request for this Kingdom to come into manifestation within our lives here and now, while living on this earth.

What if earth… Be but the shadow of Heaven, and things therein … Each to the other like, more than on earth is thought.  Pg 22

What if earth is a shadow of heaven?  Do you think that possibly there may be more heaven on earth than we think?  Do you think that if we focused on the heaven part of earth, that possibly there would be less of the negative and violence on earth?

Jesus told us that the Kingdom of God is within you.  That would mean that it is a state of consciousness.

Mr. Clark would be considered a New Age thinker when he talks about having inner happiness and harmony that are so real, they simply had to manifest in outer love and harmony.  Have you found yourself with the person you wanted to be with and they you?  If so, then you have experienced a foretaste of heaven. It’s the same thing when you experience perfect timing, when you are talking to someone and the right words come at the right and in the right sequence and perfect order.

Think about the seven Whatsoever prayers, if these are all answered eternally and continually, including your soul’s sincere desire, then you would be living in heaven.  You would have a heavenly creation all around you and for others to live in as well.

We were given three Anything blank checks as well.  Let’s take a look at them.

  1. Grant me, Father, the power to love everyone and everything.    “If ye shall ask any thing in My name, I will do it” (John 14:14).
  2. Grant me, Father, the capacity to see everything as intensely and ecstatically beautiful.   “Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of My Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 18:19).
  3. Grant to me, Father, the ability to see infinite value and importance in everything that God has made.     “And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will He hearth us” (I John 5:14).

Prayer

“Our heavenly Father, make us unresisting instruments fo helping to bring Thy Kingdom of Heaven, in all its love and beauty and harmony.” pg 24

Can you see how the Lord’s Pray can help us align our conscious and subconscious minds?  Once this happens, then nothing and I repeat nothing can stop us.

Flu is here by Janet Lynas

Once again flu season is here.  Let’s take a look at what can be done to help prevent you from getting the flu.  There are many thoughts on whether or not one should take the flu vaccine, I will not comment on this topic, it is a personal decision.  Here are some steps that you can take to help prevent the flu and some suggestions to less the effects of the flu should you come down with it.

Symptoms of flu include fever, runny or stuffy nose, congestion in the sinus, body aches, a sore throat with cough, and tiredness.

Most flu viruses can live one to two days on nonporous surfaces, and 8 to 12 hours on porous surfaces. A 2006 study found that avian influenza seemed particularly hardy, surviving as long as six days on some surfaces.

The very basic, wash your hands!  Or as the LAVA soap commercial from years back used to say, “Wash your hands Roger!”  As a former Infection Prevention nurse, I know that the easiest and most effective form of disease prevention is to wash your hands.

The second basic step to disease prevention is to cover your mouth when you cough.  Cough into a tissue or the bend of your arm to help prevent spreading illnesses that are carried through the air.

The next step is to keep hard surfaces wiped down with a natural antiviral disinfect product. There are several brands on the market that are effective.  If you want to try something different then I suggest these products:

Eucalyptus is a natural disinfectant that has antiviral and antibacterial properties.  Eucalyptus is used to treat sinusitis, headaches, throat infections, flu, colds, tight coughs, asthma, fever, and bronchitis.

Lemon is a natural disinfectant that also has positive effects on your lymphatic, digestive, circulatory, and immune systems. It is also very good for your skin because of the antioxidant properties. Just add a few drops of this citrus fruit in water and spray it to make the air pure.

Pineapple is a natural disinfectant that is able to enhance medical antibiotics. It is known to be an astringent and an antiseptic. It also decreases the urine’s acidity, pneumonia abscess, worm parasite abscess, digestive disorders, bronchitis, kidney stones, menstrual irregularities, kidney infections, sore throats, and exhaustion.

Colloidal silver is a very powerful antibacterial agent that helps you live healthier.  Many pathogenic microorganisms cannot tolerate silver.  (I have used colloidal silver for many years.  You can order the silver rods and make your own.)

Vinegar: You could make use of this natural disinfectant that you can use with other essential oils like eucalyptus and tea tree oils and use as toilet spray or cleanser. Just label the bottles you place them in.

The fourth step is to shower before you go to bed at night.  Going to bed at night without taking a shower is inviting all the germs you have come in contact with during the day to sleep with you.  While you are sleeping your body goes through a circadian cycle and anything that is on your skin during this cycle is quickly absorbed into the body.  Think about what you come in contact with during your daily routine, surfaces like door knobs, gas pumps, shopping cart handles and hand rails just to name a few have been swabbed to see what will grow from them.

The ten yuckiest surfaces:

  1. Playgrounds
  2. Bus rails/armrests
  3. Public bathrooms
  4. Shopping cart handles
  5. Escalator handrails
  6. Chair armrests
  7. Vending machine buttons
  8. Shared pens
  9. Public telephones
  10. Elevator buttons

What are the most common germs found on theses surfaces?  Along with testing the samples for the presence of protein (which is a general indicator of hygiene) and fecal matter, the researchers measured levels of three biochemical markers that could contain illness-causing substances. These included:

  • Hemoglobin: Indicates the presence of blood
  • Alpha-amylase: Indicates the presence of mucus, saliva and/or urine
  • Urea: Indicates the presence of urine

The main pathogenic bacteria which are more likely to be found on the hands are Staphylococcus, Corynebacteria, Streptococcus, E coli, Myobacteria, and Haemophilus, all in different concentrations. These bacteria are also found in other parts of the body like nose, eyes, mouth, gut and vagina, though the rate of incidence might vary.

So, what do you do if you get the flu?  Stay hydrated.  One can become dehydrated especially if vomiting or diarrhea is also experienced. In these cases it is important to keep well hydrated so that the nasal and throat passages are kept moist. Water is of course, the ideal candidate in this situation, but can also be accompanied by fruit juices.  Pedialyte is good to keep electrolytes balanced.  This works for adults and children.

Inhaling moist air also eases nasal congestion and abates discomfort associated with a sore throat. One effective strategy is to take a hot shower inhaling steam or to use a steam vaporizer or a humidifier. Headaches and sinus pain that so often accompany the flu can be soothed by applying a warm compress.

Gargling with salt water helps get rid of the thick phlegm that collects at the back of the throat.  To get relief from post nasal drip and its associated stuffiness, individuals can also try nasal irrigation. This is typically done with the help of a neti pot or a saline squeeze bottle.  Avoid milk products since they cause mucus.

Honey is a natural immune booster and is known to be very helpful in reducing the symptoms associated with the flu. Natural honey has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties that can speed up the recovery process for getting over flu symptoms.  Ginger and garlic are noted for their healing properties.  Get plenty of rest.

Watch for these signs of an emergency when you have the flu:

  • Difficulty breathing
  • Shortness of breath
  • Chest pain or severe abdominal pain
  • Confusion
  • Sudden dizziness
  • Severe vomiting and or diarrhea

Oscillococcinum is a homeopathic preparation marketed to relieve influenza-like symptoms.  I have noted that stores are sold out of this product.  I asked about the shortage and was told that the manufacture has not been able to keep up with the demand.  I’m happy that people are turning to the natural products.  Vitamin C, Zinc, and Echinacea are good to support the immune system. Remember do not take vitamin C if you are on an antibiotic, the vitamin C can interfere with or destroy the antibiotic.

So, “Wash your hands Roger!”, and stay well.  This is a good time to avoid crowds as well.  Good health.

Taming of the Chew by Janet Lynas

In the book,The Taming of the Chew by Denise Lamothe, Psy.D., H.H.D., Ms. Lamothe talks about compulsive eating disorders, anorexia, bulimia and the importance of taking a holistic approach to food and body image.

In the introduction, she uses the phrase, “This means to cultivate knowledge and understanding of compulsive eating from many perspectives – considering mind, body and spirit as well as societal factors.” Later on in the introduction she says, “To do this successfully it is essential to understand ourselves in this way.  This means to truly know ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually and to understand the impact that societal messages have had on us.” page xix

Do you remember “Twiggy” the anorexic model?  Young girls starved themselves to look like her, not considering that her body was like that of a 12 year old boy.

When did it become “in fashion” for women to look like 12 year old boys?  What does it say about our society when we celebrate young women morphing themselves into an unrealistic body image?  Early in the 1900s, women curves where celebrated and “sexy” was considered as having curves in all the right places and a little meat on the bones.

On the other side of the coin is the extreme morbid obesity that is becoming more the norm that in recent years.  Television shows are made about 600 pound people and their struggles in society.  They are put on reality shows that shadow the “fat lady” at the carnival and people staring at them and pointing.

Both of these conditions were almost none existent 70 years ago.  So, what happened?

Someone tells a young person they are fat and makes fun of them, a form of bullying.  The young person in some cases goes to the extreme and starves themselves or they turn to food to fill the void in their lives.  They use food to manipulate family and friends to get the attention they are “craving”.

In reality, this is a form of addiction.  It is just as difficult to deal with as a person addicted to heroine or cocaine.  As a general approach, health care for these individuals is disjointed.  An individual will go to their primary care doctor who might send them to a nutritionist if they are malnourish or overweight, if they are lucky.  More often than not, the physician will give the individual medication.  Medication to increase the appetite if they are malnourished or a diet pill if they are overweight.  At some point, the physician may refer the individual to a mental health provider who may offer some form of behavioral, cognitive or insight-oriented therapy.  Seldom do these providers collaborate with each other in a case conference to map out a plan of care for the client.  Even more rarely do they refer the person to a spiritual provider to incorporate this area of need in the client’s life.

Hypnosis is used with success in treating these eating disorders, but only if the client really wants help.

Is one treatment better than another?  Is there one treatment with high success rates that are lasting?  Or is the holistic approach better?

In the next posting, we will look at compulsive eating, the impact it has on the chemicals in the brain, what causes cravings, what research findings are published, and approaches that are helpful.

My recommendations are if you have any of these disorders, please seek help from a health care provider.  Even though the programs may be somewhat disjointed, they are better than continuing down the current path you are own.

In the next posting, we will investigate “Food Cravings”.  We will discuss the role of insulin, cortisol, and serotonin in food cravings.

Mind/Spirit Connection part 2 by Janet Lynas

Jesus said, “Ye, if ye have faith, though it be even as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall ask what ye will; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”

From our mouth comes the thoughts of the conscious mind, but only the heart speaks the thoughts of our subconscious mind. When the mouth and the heart are in alignment, when they track true, then nothing is impossible.

I think the best way for us to see how the conscious and subconscious minds can change our lives once they are in alignment, is by looking at the Lord’s Pray for the application.

Mr. Clark talks about Jesus leaving us 10 blank checks, with 7 of them being “whatsoever” checks that we can write in what we need or want.  Let’s take a look at the 7 “whatsoever” checks.  In the blank line write in your name.

  1. Pay to the order of ______________________  (your name)                                                          I pray for Thy spirit to enter me and fill me completely.      “Therefore I say unto you what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them” (Mark 11:24).  In the name of Jesus.
  2. Pay to the order of ______________________________(your name)                             I pray for Thy kingdom to come, in earth as it is in heaven.        “And whatsoever ye shall ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son” (John 14:13).  In the name of Jesus.
  3. Pay to the order of _________________________________(your name)                     I pray for my will to become completely and utterly Thy will.   “Verily, verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in My name, He will give it to you” (John 16:23).  In the name of Jesus.
  4. Pay to the order of _________________________________(your name)                     I pray for my actual needs to be met by the right supply, in the right way and at the right time.      “And whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight”   (I John 3:22).  In the name of Jesus.
  5. Pay to the order of ___________________________________(your name)                  I pray for the right persons to come into my life, at the right time and in the right way.        “And if we know that He hears us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of Him” (I John 5:15).  In the name of Jesus.
  6. Pay to the order of __________________________________(your name)                   I pray for the right ideas to come to me in perfect sequence and in perfect order, in the right time and in the right way.        “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you….that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain; that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in My name, He may give it to you” (John 15:16).  In the name of Jesus.
  7.  Pay to the order of ________________________________(your name)                       I pray for my deepest soul’s sincere desire to be fulfilled in the right time and in the right way.    “But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee” (John 11:22).  In the name of Jesus.

Now look at your list.  If this list were fulfilled would you have heaven on earth?  Are you asking for to much?  No, there is abundance in the universe and there is no limit to the resources of Creator God.

1st Day Meditation                                                                                                                               As the rain comes down and waters the earth, and makes the seed spring forth, and provides food to the body: so shall My word go forth from my mouth: it shall not return to Me void, but shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing where I sent it (Isa. 55: 10-11 paraphrased).   Recommended reading Psalms 8.

Prayer                                                                                                                                                   Our Father Who are in Heaven, forgive us for our failure to honor You as we should.  Help us to honor You Name, and honor Your Message, and trust Your Word even as the raindrop trusts itself to the sun, and the river gives itself to the sea.  Amen.

We will look at the 3 anything checks in the next posting and then we will look at how this ties into the Lord’s Prayer.

Body Talk

A doctor friend of mine recommended a book to me quite a while back.  The book is “Cell Talk” ‘Talking to Your Cell(f)’ by John E Upledger, D.O., O.M.M.

Dr. Upledger uses hypnosis in his practice as an osteopathic physician and surgeon.  Dr. Upledger tells a story about his decision to become a general practitioner because he did not want the restrictions of being an internal medicine practitioner.  Dr. Upledger wanted the freedom to take care of his patients from start to finish in all areas of care.  Dr. Upledger founded a holistic healthcare center for Unity Churches.  He developed and taught post-graduate classes in CranioSacral Therapy and Osteopathic Manipulation to medical, osteopathic and veterinary students.  I’m giving you this background so you will understand the next statements he made.

  1. There is an intelligence, be it God, Nature or whatever suits you, that has designed the ingeniously arranged bodies that we live in.  As a model, allow me to say that these bodies are wondrous puzzles.
  2. When conventional medicine is confronted by a problem of bodily dysfunction, the approach is usually to reshape the pieces of the puzzle until it fits according to conventional medical wisdom.
  3. CranoSacral Therapy (and its offshoots), as well as several other “alternatives” of complementary healthcare approaches,  look at the body quite differently from conventional Western medicine.  Rather than invasively modifying the pieces of the puzzle and trying to make them fit according to the concepts of the physician or therapist, the puzzle pieces are studied with an attitude that honors the intelligence and intent of the “Grand Designer”. pgs. 7-8

In hypnosis, I use this technique of working with the body and mind.  When working with clients on pain management, I ask the client to give their pain a color.  I then start to talk with the client using techniques to fade the color away until it’s gone.  I have the client talk with their body part that is experiencing pain.  In other words, we listen to what the body has to say.

I personally know a man who used self hypnosis after he had a wreck on his bicycle to manage the pain of a compound fracture until the ambulance could reach him.  Of course, he used hypnosis for pain management through out his recovery.

The mind/body connection is powerful.  I know that hypnosis is used in surgery instead of drugs by one practitioner.  I plan to hear him speak later this year and learn his techniques.

It amazes me each time I work with a client using hypnosis, to see how the mind and body come together for resolution on an issue.

It usually takes 3 to 5 hypnosis sessions for the client to see lasting results.  I teach my clients self hypnosis in each session, so they will have the tools they need for success.

Diet

There are as many diet books out there as there are people, so it seems.  There are books out there stating there are no “bad” foods,  eat whatever you want to eat and lose weight, count calories, don’t count calories, and the book “What would Jesus eat?”,  just to name a very few.

Statements are made that our soil is depleted and that food has no nutritional value.  If that statement were true, then nothing would grow.  I do agree that we need to add minerals to the soil when we plant a garden or grow crops.

There is the concern about genetically altered foods and the effect it has on the body.  We have or at least should have concerns about the preservatives and additives added to our foods.  Why is it that the American population seems to be struggling with morbid obesity?   In this section, I will attempt to offer some thoughts, research, and suggestions on nutrition and healthier life styles.

Do you know that the food industry is allowed to add substances to foods that cause cravings?  Think about this, how can the food manufactures make more money?  By selling more food, right?  How can they sell more food?  By having additives that cause cravings.  Preservatives are added to foods to give a  longer shelf life.  Do you remember when a loaf of bread was bought, it had to be eaten in a few days or it would begin to have mold growing on it?  No longer, it will last for weeks now.

I threw out some store bought tomatoes last summer that were getting old.  I noticed that the birds were not eating them.  I had a visitor that day and he remarked, “I wonder what’s wrong with the tomatoes if the birds won’t eat them?”  I no longer buy that brand of tomatoes.  I have noticed the same thing with bread.  If you throw the bread out the birds will not eat it.  I noticed that some bread was thrown into the neighborhood pond to feed the fish and the fish would not eat it.  What do the animals know that we do not know?

In the next posting I will present research addressing some of the concerns stated in this posting.

Nautropathy

Sickness is not just an isolated event, nor an unfortunate brush with nature.  It is a form of communication – the language of the organs – through which nature, society and culture speak simultaneously.  The individual body should be seen as the most immediate, the proximate terrain where social truths and social contradiction are played out, as well as a locus of personal resistance, creativity and change.     Nancy Schemer-Hughes and Margaret M Lock  University of California, Berkley & McGill University

Were our health is concerned, we are concerned with the quality of life as much as we are with the length of life.  A true definition of health may be somewhat elusive, but I guess the closest definition is;  an awareness that not only because of, but sometimes in spite of, our circumstances we are well.

Naturopathy prefers to work alongside symptoms, using them to guide treatments which will raise the health status of the person.  Our well-being is influenced by many factors such as, personal, social, educational, and economic.  We must regard any system of care as more than a part of a complicated picture of health were therapies and personal circumstances interact.

Naturopathy is low-tech, low-cost and the treatments are collaborative with a joint responsibility which is ultimately assumed by the patient.  It is individualized and “one treatment does not fit all” so to speak.

Naturopathy is scientific, examining every aspect of disorder as the result of an understandable cause or more often several causes.  It has a mystical aspect, but not in the direct application of treatment.  It manifest itself from the way the treatment is complemented by the unknowable, immeasurable healing force of life within all life.

So, when and why did society decide to turn over our health to a system that relies on pharmaceuticals and make health care providers responsible for our wellness?  Why did we as a society decide to make our wellness the responsibility of someone other than our own self?

Did you notice in the quote in the above phrase – communication – the language of organs?  Yes, our mind and body are connected – we will see this more and more as we advance in learning about how our body communicates with us.

Hang in there with me, we will get to the areas of interest to most of society – cancer, weight loss, depression, diabetes….  But first we need to have a background on the different modalities.

Mind & Spirit Connection

There is a book I read when I was in my 20’s.  The book is “I Will Lift Up Mine Eyes” by Glenn Clark.  The book was out of print when I ordered it, but I’m sure you can get it.  It was published by Harper & Row, Publishers in 1937.  I recommend the book highly.

I will take sections from this book and talk about them and I will note what page I have taken the section from at the end of the quote.

“As the feet of the hind are to the mountains, so is the mind of man to the heights of life; and as the rear feet of the hind are to the front feet, so is the subconscious mind of man to the conscious mind.” pg 11

Can you see where I’m going with this?  Conscious mind/subconscious mind, hypnosis – Spirituality, I will connect the dots to Natural Health and Nutrition in with this discussion in those sections of the blog.

I guess I should start by explaining what a hind is for those of you who are not nature folks.  A hind is a mountain deer that lives on treacherous mountain rages.  When the hind is walking in these treacherous areas, their back hoof has to track precisely with the front hoof or the hind will fall off the mountain to its death.

So, what does the hind have to do with people and the conscious mind and the subconscious mind?

The hind that has the most perfect correlation between its front feet and its rear feet is the surest to reach the mountain top in safety, so the person who has the most perfect correlation between their conscious mind and their subconscious mind is the surest to reach the heights of life.

The lips speak the thoughts of our conscious mind, but the heart speaks the thoughts of our subconscious mind.  When the lips and the heart are in alignment, when they are truly tracking together with the absolute certainty that the rear feet of the deer track with the front feet, then nothing is impossible.

So, how do we align our conscious mind with our subconscious mind?  Stay tuned in and you will learn.

Contrary to belief, the conscious mind is not in charge, it’s the subconscious mind or in some cultures the heart.
