Are You Grounded? What Does That Mean? by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

We hear the words, “stay grounded” quite often.  What does that really mean?   I am grounded, is a term used in metaphysical circles that tells us we are connected to the earth.  Is that what we really want to do?

Definition of Grounding

A spiritual definition tells us, the term grounding refers to having your personal spiritual energy connected to the energy of the earth.  We are often told to imagine our energy penetrating deep into the earth.  The instructions are, imagine your energy being like that of the roots of a tree, reaching deep into the earth to hold us in alignment with Mother Earth’s energy.

Another definition, is the disciplinary action a parent takes with a definite child.

Being Grounded in Mother Earth

I have given a great deal of thought to this concept of being grounded into the earth.  In recent weeks with all the energy changes going on in the universe, I have found that my personal spiritual energy has changed.

The transition was a difficult one for me.  I struggled with physical symptoms of headache, nausea, change in the frequency in the pitch of ringing in my ears, and at times a little dizziness.  All I wanted to do was sleep.  It actually turned out to be a three week process of ascension for me that was draining at times.  I went into a hermit mode and allowed the growth to progress at its own pace.  Once I disconnected from social media, I rested.

Throughout this process I thought about staying grounded to the earth’s energy.  My vibrational frequency has changed.  I feel lighter in my energy field and I quite like it.  My innate abilities have expanded and grown.  Understanding how my abilities have changed is an interesting development as well.  I will not go into detail on my personal growth in this posting.  My vibration reached a higher frequency.  I am longer tied to the earth.

What is the alternative?

Earthing took on a new meaning for me.  I am able to move forward in my growth and development as a spiritual being when I’m not anchored.  One can be connected to Gaia without extending spiritual roots deep into the planet’s energy.   Above all, it’s being balanced within ourselves that’s the most important thing one needs to remember.

As you ascend to higher vibrational levels, your energy requirements will change.  Also, as your energy becomes lighter, the vibration frequency becomes faster.  I found that as I have ascended in my personal growth, I no longer want to be grounded into Gaia.  I don’t want to be stuck in one place and stagnant.  I like reaching for the higher vibrational frequencies.

As you ascend in your development, you may find that you no longer want to be grounded as well.

Vortex part 2 Earth Changes and the Affect it has on Mankind by Janet Lynas Ph.D., N.H.D.

Human beings are physically affected by the changes in the Earth’s vibration energy.  Mother Earth does sustain our very existence.  We are intertwined one to the other.  Our energies are connected to the extent that we literally cannot live without the energy of our nurturing Mother.  Her “milk of life” is needed for our very survival.

Science has been monitoring our planet for many centuries and there has been changes in the magnetic frequency to the planet.  The orbit of the Earth has changed and as a result, the magnetic poles are changing. Science has taught us that the orbital rotation of our planet changes over tens of thousands of years.

Changes in Atmosphere

There are numerous sources documenting the fact that Earth’s atmosphere has had many changes over the last 4.5 billion years.  In the last one hundred years, the level of carbon dioxide has risen as humans have polluted the Earth.

Before the great flood, in the story of Noah building his ark, the atmosphere on Earth was greatly contrasted compared to what it is now.

After Noah’s Flood this water canopy in the stratosphere was removed, and the water became part of the waters from the Flood of Noah, approximately 4,400 years ago. The water canopy in the stratosphere is therefore no longer present.

Why is this important?  It’s important for us to understand the changes in the earth’s atmosphere before the flood and after the flood. Because as you see, these changes affected life on earth in a way that has profoundly changed the history of the planet and how life on earth evolves and survives.

Changes on the Life Span of Humans

Before the flood there would have been a richer concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the stratosphere.  The water canopy in the stratosphere would have drastically increased the pressure of gases on Gaia, causing a 50% higher concentrations of oxygen and carbon dioxide.  This evidence is supported by experiments preformed on fossilize tree sap known as Amber.

Because of the higher oxygen levels in the stratosphere, there would be higher blood oxygen levels in life on earth. The higher blood oxygen levels at that time would have contributed to extreme longevity, resistance to bacterial and viral diseases, and greater metabolic efficiency, which would consequently greatly enhance physical ability.

Before the flood the average lifespan was 912 years.  Today the average lifespan is between 71 years and 83 years of age.  This is a large contrast in life on the planet before the flood and afterwards.  We are dying as infants in comparison to our predecessors.

As our atmosphere changed, the face of the earth began to change.   With the formation of the oceans and seas, carbon dioxide dissolved to form soluble carbonate compounds and when this happened the amount in the atmosphere was decreased.  Carbon dioxide was also absorbed from the oceans and seas into photosynthetic algae and plants.

Have we lost touch with Gaia?

Mankind has lost touch with our Mother-Who-Nurishes-Us.  We no longer hear her song as she quietly hums to us.  Humans no longer feel her heartbeat because we have lost touch with her energy.  Lost is the connection of oneness you and I once had with Mother Earth.  As one has isolated themselves inside concrete buildings, lost altogether is the attachment to Mother’s healing energy.

Nature calls us to reunite with her.  It’s important that not only does one physically connect with our Living-Source of life, but we join on an energetic level, a soul level.  When stressed, have you noticed that once you venture outside into the tranquility of nature, the union with earth calms the soul, mind and body.  It’s through this intimate union that one’s body, mind and soul begins to heal.  When bare feet touch the ground you feel the joining of energies between yourself and earth.

As one reunites with the Living-Energy of Source, you discover that sleep comes easier to obtain and the body is better rested.  The earth’s impact on our body is truly amazing in that pain level is reduced, stress seems to dissipate into nothingness and longevity to one’s life may be increased.

Our Universe is constantly changing.  It is forever expanding.  The Universe is very old.  Actually we don’t know how old the universe is and have no way to document its age.  But, science has documented that it continues to change and evolve.  Earth is a living entity that changes and evolves as the universe continues to alter and expand.  Transformation is made on Gaia not only from man’s presence, but to our planet from the expansion and evolution of the universe.

As a result of mankind no longer being in harmony with Source or nature, there is a disconnect with ourselves as well.  This disconnect has given rise to a disrespect of Creator God and nature.  Humans are no longer one with Gaia and this has created an environment of pollution and the raping of her resources.  Our home is dying and we are the murderers!
