Metaphysical View on Dimensional Shift by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

The Bible talks about other dimensions. These verses are often overlooked as information on other dimensions. The general population sees these verses as a physical or mental change that one must make.

Colossians 3:10 (NIV) – And have put on the new [man], which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Our Creator being spirit has asked us to step into the spirit dimension to take on His image. To do this we have to activate our sixth chakra or “third eye” to connect with I AM. In doing so, we have become one with Creator God and are co-creators in this dimensional experience.

Luke 16:1-2,9-13

1 And he said also unto his disciples, There was a certain rich man, which had a steward; and the same was accused unto him that he had wasted his goods. 2 And he called him, and said unto him, How is it that I hear this of thee? give an account of thy stewardship; for thou mayest be no longer steward. 9 And I say unto you, Make to yourselves friends of the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when ye fail, they may receive you into everlasting habitations. 10 He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.11 If therefore ye have not been faithful l in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true [riches]? 12 And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man’s, who shall give you that which is your own?” “13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”

Evolving to higher dimensions

In human form, we get caught up in the material aspects of our third dimensional world. We try to ‘store up treasures’ and wealth in the misguided belief that these riches will give us the security we need to live in this human existence. If we evolve as we should, we learn that these treasures are temporary and an illusion.

The material or worldly riches are meaningless. We have to awaken to the true inner riches of the mind and the realization of the spiritual substance that lies behind every outer manifestation in our lives. If our thoughts are fixated on the material world around us we will not be able to ascend into the fifth dimensional world.

To ascend into the fifth dimensional world of spirit, we have to choose were our focus will be embedded. Will we serve God or stay attached to the illusion of material riches? We cannot hold on to both. We cannot serve two masters.

When our ego attaches itself to material riches it really believes in another power other than in the power of Creator. It trusts in the riches of the visible world instead of the riches of the invisible world. To raise our higher consciousness to heaven we have to develop the powers of the mind to the spiritual level. We are promised fulfillment of the law of righteousness when we have elevated our minds to the higher vibrational level of the spiritual realm.

Ego attachment

Luke 16: 19-26 “19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and see the Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. 26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that[would come] from thence.”

The “rich man” represents our selfish nature always looking for self gratification. The ego hoards the substance of our Father and uses it for selfish gratification and refuses to repent or change its heart toward the love of God.

What is the real goal?

The real goal is to attain consciousness of the intellectual knowledge of Source and have the understanding of his spiritual nature and true relation to the world of manifestation.

Can human thoughts affect world events? In the early 1980s, 70,000 people from 150 countries gathered together at the World Culture Festival in Berlin, Germany to try an experiment to see if a group of individuals meditating on the same topic could make a difference. The results were impressive to say the least. The purpose of the event was to bring world peace through meditation and have a positive effect on world events.

Another group of 1,000 people joined together in Jerusalem to meditate on world peace at the height of the war in Lebanon. War deaths in Lebanon went down by over 75 percent. Not only did war deaths go down, but crime, traffic collisions, fires, and other destructive events also went down on the days the group meditated.

Greed by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

The root cause of war is greed. Greed is the root cause of all evil. I hear you saying, “No! There are several causes of war.” But, the root cause is greed. One country wants another country’s gas, oil, land, natural resources etc.

While greed is the root cause of all evil, what is the cause of greed? What is the first act of greed? I believe the first example of greed was in the Garden of Eden. The serpent introduced covetousness to Eve. She is promised the knowledge of God when she eats the apple.

Spiritual greediness

Having said this, let’s look at greediness from the spiritual aspect. Therefore, this addiction spreads throughout all levels of society. Intense desire happens when the natural human impulse to obtain and consume resources makes us aggressive.

In addition, the desire to control and possess material resources becomes a strong craving that consumes people. The problem with greediness is that this compulsion overtakes us. Therefore, one will not connect to other people in a healthy relationship.

Spiritual Materialism

Most importantly, I have observed in the metaphysical community an all consuming desire to level up. It’s a status symbol to be on a higher level. Yes, it’s easy to get caught up in the frenzy.

Therefore, an individual is overcome with a voracious consumption of religious teachings. Hunger for spiritual truth sometimes becomes overwhelming and derails one. You go on a hunt to find the ultimate religious teacher. Greed often over takes one in the sense that they want to be the favorite trainee of the guru. We want to be seen as special.

In addition, spiritual materialism completely overtakes rational thinking. Greed has devastating effects on our inner emotional health. With anxiety and restlessness overtaking us, we are out of control as craving for rightness continues to grow.

How does greed affect us?

Consequently, this social gluttony, is a vicious cycle that overcomes us. Greed is a selfish desire to acquire more than one needs. So, with greed we have a selfish craving. We grab and hoard things that we really don’t need.

That is to say, we lose ourself in the quest to become enlightened. Meanwhile, instead of moving forward, ground is lost.

Left unchecked, greed often kills. You are damaged with this consuming addiction. Greed is both a good thing and bad. The trick is to keep it balanced. Greed motivates us to grow and evolve. Altruism is a better force for creating positive change. It takes time to develop it.

In summary

There are times when self interest is necessary. The Air Force has a saying,”Me first!” Yes, we do have to put ourselves first at times. If we don’t take care of ourselves, we can’t help others.

To clarify, there are two sides to greed. The shadow side is all consuming. It is addictive. You will have been lost if left unchecked. The light side of greed motivates us to achieve understanding in life. We have been motivated to grow.

Ascension by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

I hear the term ‘Ascension’ a lot these days. In the metaphysical community it’s the number one topic. I also hear the term ‘Awakened’ frequently. Today, I talk about both of these terms. Therefore, maybe some of the confusion will be cleared up for people who are new to the metaphysical realm.

Ascension

The definition of ascension is:

NOUN

the act of rising to an important position or a higher level

In other words, to put it simply, ascension in the spiritual sense is very similar to the Eastern concept of Enlightenment. The concept of Enlightened is found in Buddhism. (Which is a philosophy.) Enlightened simply means to have full comprehension of a situation. In Western terms, ‘the light bulb’ turned on!

Last night, I enjoyed sharing dinner and conversation with a lovely young woman. We explored this notion of rising to a higher level. For instance, we talked about the struggle she is facing. She is rejected by some family members for learning about her spiritual side. In addition, she is told that she is wrong in her beliefs.

She is told her practice in yoga is of the devil. (I know! I too think exercise is of the devil at times! Sore muscles and all…) The truth is, whenever, we try something new or unknown to others, it doesn’t set well. Family is like the subconscious mind, it/they resist anything new. How dare you veer out of our rut! Stay in the family rut! Therefore, never question the beliefs you have been taught! Keep your blindfold on!

Awakened

Awakened means:

“spiritually aware of the universe and [its] direct metaphysical connection to one’s own being and the connection it has to all life forces.”

In other words, she woke up! She came out of the deep slumber. Now, my young friend is aware of the opportunities in front of her. She sees the options clearly. Her eyes opened wide, now new thoughts have entered the mind. In addition, to this new knowledge, she is experiencing doubts. Mostly doubting herself. Once our eyes are opened to all the possibilities the universe has to offer, there’s no limit! But, when we see clearly, doubt in what we see clouds our judgment.

Religon

Why do we doubt ourselves? We question ourselves because we have stepped out of the norm of society. What one must realize is the ‘norm’ of society isn’t always right. Common beliefs in society are based on lies to control the population. Hard to believe, I know! We’re lied to! Do you know that 75 books were removed from the Bible? Yes, indeed, there were 141 books originally. However, I am told there are 777 in the original text. I have not be able to confirm that information. Anyway, books are censored. In other words, I wonder who decided these books gave too much information. Yes, I have read a few of them. Very interesting books.

My studies in religion taught me that we’re separate from God. Therefore, we’re not worthy of direct contact with our Creator. However, I read that we are made in the image of Source. Source is perfection. I AM THAT I AM is pure love.

So, in other words, I’m created in the image of the Divine. I am made from Spirit. However, I’m not worthy to speak directly to God? That makes no sense! I know religion can’t exist without blind followers. But, no one has the right to tell you what to think!

Now that I have throughly ‘ticked’ off a few people, know I respect you have the right to any beliefs you feel comfortable with. Just don’t judge others by their thoughts. “Judge not, lest you be judged!”

In Summary

Be very careful that you are not a snob in this process. I see those individuals who are enlightened looking down their noses. If you look down your nose at others, you’re not as ascended as you think you are.

I am exactly were I’m supposed to be at this point in my life. I know you are where you’re supposed to be in your life.

Don’t get caught in the trap of thinking, “I’m not doing enough.” Be careful of this trap.

The truth is, we change the world one person at a time. Therefore, you change yourself and you have changed the world.

Creation Story Part 2 by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

In part one we talked about Adam and Eve’s creation, choices they had, and fall from grace. Today in part 2 we are looking at a different perspective all together. I think outside of the box. As a result, I’m not restricted in my thinking. I do my own thinking. Do you?

My mother used to tell me, “God gave you a brain, use it!” However, using my brain often gets me into trouble. I am one of ‘those’ people who think outside of the box. Thinking outside of the box is often viewed as being a ‘little off’. That’s ok. I’m don’t worry about what other people think of me. Are you ready to begin this journey on thinking outside of the box?

In the beginning

Spirit looked over the newly formed creation of planet Earth. Many creatures roamed over the earth and flew in the skies above. Yet there seemed to be something missing…

“Let us make a man in our own image.” Interesting choice of words, don’t you think? Creator Source made man.

“It’s not good for man to be alone.” Source put man to sleep. A rib is removed to create woman. (First anesthesia and surgery preformed.) Man and woman are intelligent beings. They have free will.

Fall from intimacy

Man and woman have an intimate relationship with I AM THAT I AM. Conversations are intimately deep and meaningful. Humankind and God are one in the same. As you recall, mankind is created in the likeness of Creator God. Man and woman having deep knowledge of ALL THAT THERE IS, knows what it’s like to be Spirit Most High. After all, God is connected spiritually with Adam and Eve.

Suppose just for a moment that Adam and Eve chose to experience what it would be like to grow and expand on their own. This is where eating from the Tree of Knowledge comes in.

Rather than living in paradise, the couple decided to experience life from a new reality. Hence, the experiment of life without the knowledge of Yahweh begins. Adam and Eve are expelled from the garden.

The veil is raised.

Finding the way back home

Adam and Eve find themselves in a new reality. Forgotten is the knowledge of being intimate with God. There is a veil blocking their memory of being in spiritual connection with Source. Faced with separation from Father God makes life difficult. In contrast, there now is no intimacy with God. Something is missing, but what? Furthermore, one now has to learn how to care for themself.

Adam and Eve are now looking outside of themselves for Spirit. God is up in heaven or on some other plain of existence. Because they are looking outside of themselves for God, there is a sense of something missing, but what?

Religion teaches us that Father lives in heaven. Heaven is a far off place. Mankind is separated from Yahweh. How do we find our way back home? Where and what is home?

Remembering

Rather than looking on the outside for God, turn your attention to what’s inside of you. What do you mean? Pay attention to the soft voice that talks to you during quiet moments. Also, listen to your ‘gut’ feeling. Trust your intuition.

Think back to all those times when you said to yourself, “I should have trusted my gut!” So, where do you think your gut feeling comes from? Who is that small quiet voice speaking to you?

Meditating is the fastest way to get in touch with your feelings and to learn to listen to the voice inside of you. As a result of meditation, you soon learn to trust the word deep within you. Likewise, as you learn to trust the intuition instructing you, you will begin communicating with God who is in you.

Look inside to see Source

While one meditates, you become in-tune with the seed of Spirit that is with you at all times. Listen with your heart, not with the mind. God once said, “Be still and know that I am God.”

You’re never alone. Being away from Spirit is the first lie. The veil is in place making it difficult for us to remember the connection with Source.

Just for a moment, close your eyes, focus on your breathe. Breath in deeply. Release the breathe slowly. Feel you body relaxing. Also, the more relaxed you are, the easier it is to listen to the inner knowing within you.

As a result, the voice within will speak gently to you. Listen with your heart and trust that what is being spoken is the truth. How do I know if this voice is God’s? First of all, Source speaks from love. Hence, your connection with Love gives you a sense of peace.

As you sit quietly, you will soon see a tiny light activate in the center of your core. So, as this light glows brighter, the warmth of love will fill you entirely. The veil is coming down. You remember once again what it’s like to be one with Spirit.

See the truth

The truth is, God is not in heaven. Nor is He somewhere out in the universe. God is and has always been within you. Also, feel the love that comes from this source within. As a result, this love spreads and grows filling us from the bottom of our feet to the top of our head.

This love inside is God. Stand centered in the God space. Align yourself with this energy. By aligning yourself with God within, you have once again reignited the spark of recognition between you and God.

Know that standing in this energy of love, has ripped down the veil of deception. You now remember, “I’m one with Creator!” Therefore, you know the truth! Finally the truth has set you free!

Are You Grounded? What Does That Mean? by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

We hear the words, “stay grounded” quite often. What does that really mean? I am grounded, is a term used in metaphysical circles that tells us we are connected to the earth. Is that what we really want to do?

Definition of Grounding

A spiritual definition tells us, the term grounding refers to having your personal spiritual energy connected to the energy of the earth. We are often told to imagine our energy penetrating deep into the earth. The instructions are, imagine your energy being like that of the roots of a tree, reaching deep into the earth to hold us in alignment with Mother Earth’s energy.

Another definition, is the disciplinary action a parent takes with a definite child.

Being Grounded in Mother Earth

I have given a great deal of thought to this concept of being grounded into the earth. In recent weeks with all the energy changes going on in the universe, I have found that my personal spiritual energy has changed.

The transition was a difficult one for me. I struggled with physical symptoms of headache, nausea, change in the frequency in the pitch of ringing in my ears, and at times a little dizziness. All I wanted to do was sleep. It actually turned out to be a three week process of ascension for me that was draining at times. I went into a hermit mode and allowed the growth to progress at its own pace. Once I disconnected from social media, I rested.

Throughout this process I thought about staying grounded to the earth’s energy. My vibrational frequency has changed. I feel lighter in my energy field and I quite like it. My innate abilities have expanded and grown. Understanding how my abilities have changed is an interesting development as well. I will not go into detail on my personal growth in this posting. My vibration reached a higher frequency. I am longer tied to the earth.

What is the alternative?

Earthing took on a new meaning for me. I am able to move forward in my growth and development as a spiritual being when I’m not anchored. One can be connected to Gaia without extending spiritual roots deep into the planet’s energy. Above all, it’s being balanced within ourselves that’s the most important thing one needs to remember.

As you ascend to higher vibrational levels, your energy requirements will change. Also, as your energy becomes lighter, the vibration frequency becomes faster. I found that as I have ascended in my personal growth, I no longer want to be grounded into Gaia. I don’t want to be stuck in one place and stagnant. I like reaching for the higher vibrational frequencies.

As you ascend in your development, you may find that you no longer want to be grounded as well.
