Schumann Resonance Effects by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

The Schumann resonance is known to disrupt the natural frequencies of the human energy field when the frequencies are high.

A. Schienle, R.Stark, and D. Vaitl presented a research paper to the Journal of Scientific Exploration in 1998 it described the effects of hertz changes on the human body.

Therefore, among these changes are neurosis, migraine headache, and emotional distress.

According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) mental health issues are on the increase.  Dr. Joseph Mercola reports in his paper published 12/12/2013 that,“Depression is a pervasive health issue today. According to data from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), one in 10 American adults report some form of depression. Eleven percent of the US population over the age of 12 is on antidepressant medication.”

In addition, two years ago, Marcia Angell, former editor-in-chief of the New England Journal of Medicine, discussed how a shocking 46 percent of Americans fit a diagnosis for one form of mental illness or another. This problem is not limited to the United States.

Correlation between Humans and Schumann Resonance

However, metaphysical science also recognizes there is a correlation between humans, the pulsating conscious of the universe and how the two are entwined.

We live in a three dimensional plain and have shifted into the fourth dimension.  Let’s review what the dimensions are.

The first dimension is a straight line, nothing more or less.

The second dimension is believed to be an unseen dimension of time.

The third dimension extends perpendicular to the second dimension and anything there in can be a plane, a dot, a line or an object.  The third dimension is the physical reality of the conscious being.  This is our dimension, the dimension where humans and other living matter exists.  It is our reality.

The fourth dimension has two parts; the physical and the metaphysical.  The physical aspect of the fourth dimension is where expansion is seen.  The universe is expanding in all directions.

The metaphysical aspect of the fourth dimension relates to the travel form.  This concept involves the Wormhole theory.

In metaphysical science it is also known as the astral plane.

Fifth Dimension

This takes us to the fifth dimension, the topic of this discussion. (No, not the singing group from the 1960s.) In popular culture, the fifth dimension is referred to as the unexplored or unexplained aspects of the universe.  We will explore this aspect of the fifth dimension instead of the mathematical side of the topic.

In other words, the theory of the fifth dimension is that the vibrational frequencies of the earth are increasing and as such our reality as we know it is changing.  The fifth dimension is known as the dimension of love and ascension.

Science has been probing the possibilities of time-space for decades with Einstein being the early leader in time-space continuum study.  The fifth dimension or layer of Creation is a dimension that brings space-time into relationship with the timeless and eternal. The fifth dimension creates a movement of consciousness rather than a movement in the physical reality that we know and understand. This movement allows us to perceive the oneness of life and matter because we are moving within a higher vibrational plane. As we move into higher dimensions, we have a broader view of what reality really is.

Above all, fifth dimensional space is a state of consciousness that is theorize as being like in a dream state.  In a dream, we can explore a situation from many different perspectives.  We can see the outcomes of the situation from each perspective and how it can affect everyone involved.

Meditation and Consciousness

Through meditation our senses are heightened states of awareness, compassion, and knowledge. As our sensory systems align to higher frequencies, we become cognitively engaged in the fifth dimension and it allows us the ability to peer into that dimension.

For instance, the difference between dimensions is not physical, but in consciousness.  Evolution to the next dimensional level requires a shift in consciousness where we are vibrating in resonance with that dimension.  Not everyone on this planet will make the conscious or unconscious choice to shift into the fifth dimension. Many will wish to remain in third dimensional reality where they are currently living.  Time in the fifth dimension is known as ‘The Now’ reality.  What we create and experience in this moment is who and what we are and what we will be, unless we shift our intention. We know that what we focus our attention on will become increasingly powerful and will manifest in our life.  In the fifth dimension there is unconditional love, forgiveness and acceptance.

Similarly, Jesus told us to become like “little children.” In doing so, there is the innocence that is needed to accept the ‘now’ moment and the meaning of becoming one with all that there is.  It is with this innocence that we ascend to the higher consciousness that Jesus lived in each moment.

Awaking Our Spiritual Connection by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

We begin the process of awaking our spiritual connection to I AM THAT I AM by activating the first chakra at the base of the spine at the coccyx.  Interestingly, these charka concepts also align with Abraham Maslow’s theory of Hierarchy of Needs. This awaking of the first chakra is our connection to the human community. It is also the first sacrament of baptism in which our innate spirit is welcomed into our human community.

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs states that the first need is that of the physiological needs of food, water, shelter, warmth, and rest. However, to feel safe is the most basic need of all. This concept is the foundation of Maslow’s theory. These are the very basic needs that have to be met for survival. Maslow’s concept for the second step is that of safety and security. Therefore, these needs goes hand in hand with the first sacrament of our need to be baptized into the family of God.  The third step in Maslow’s ladder is love, to belong, the need to create intimate relationships and friends.

Unconditional Love

Unconditional love is truly a difficult concept for us. We understand the definition, but we can’t really understand the concept of putting it into action. Sure, we talk about loving people unconditionally, however, we really can’t quite put the concept into practice. We love them unconditionally as long as they are behaving and acting in a way that we diem as being appropriate. Once that person steps outside of society’s expectations or our own guidelines, it becomes almost impossible for us to love that person unconditionally.

Discernment allows us the choice of wisdom. From this Divine aspect by allowing the Higher Truths and Understandings to be confirmed one way or the other as a part of the highest good for that individual’s soul.

It is at this intersection, in Maslow’s hierarchy where self-esteem needs are met. Feelings of prestige and accomplishment are developed as we mature. In addition, we seek out higher knowledge so we can make better decisions.

The third tool is the creative process of our Imagination that allows us to define our desire into a visual picture. This desire becomes an inner understanding, a feeling, that the desire is already matured. This is known as manifesting our thoughts into reality. Once we have defined what our desire is, we see the reality of this desire within our mind’s eye.  We have a clear understanding of the significance of this desire including the impact it will have on us and the world around us. Then one takes notice of the feeling we have inside of us. Once seen, this desire takes form in our imagination. The feelings of love, joy, happiness, and oneness with all begins to swell upward into our heart as this desire is seen as already being completed.

According to Maslow, it is at this level when self-actualization matures. We begin to reach our full potential which includes creative activities. In accordance with this line of thinking, we become aware of who we are and how we fit into the universe. True self-actualization is not always accomplished in many personal lives. It’s hard for some people to see the topographical view in the overall scheme of life. Many people cannot see beyond the end of their own nose so to speak. In reality, there are very few men and women who are able to mature into self-actualization.

Maturing Spiritual Growth

To be able to move forward in our spiritual growth we are told:

“Let anyone who has an ear listen to what the Spirit is saying…

To everyone who conquers, I will give permission to eat from the tree of life that is in the paradise of God.” (Rev. 2:7)

Until we have matured in our spiritual growth, we cannot eat from the tree of life. If we eat from the tree of life before we are ready, we will fall into the false belief of the illusion of duality. The illusion of duality is where most of us reside now.

The second stage of our growth focuses our attention on who we are as part of our community or family.  It helps us to see how we fit into this group. In this stage, one will explore who we are as a part of the family of God as well as who each of us are as an individual. We examine how one contributes to this family and to the community as a whole.

The third stage brings us to discovering who we are and how we are to express our being. This activation is within the solar plexus, where our gut feelings come from. This requires the activation of our self-esteem and self-confidence so we will be guided safely through every challenge life throws our way. It is here where we find our endurance and integrity. We must learn to put our trust in our personal relationship with God, ahead of all other influences.

The fourth level, our heart chakra, opens our awareness to the spiritual power of love. It makes us aware of the emotions both positive and negative so we will experience the effects of these emotions and, in doing such, we will understand how to express that love.

The verse above is telling us to find our voice by activating the fifth chakra. Father God expects us to not only find our voice, but to express our power by “speaking the Word” and believing that in doing so, we will claim and express our innate spiritual power. And in doing this, trusting it to lead us to where we are intended to be. Learn to speak your truth from the Spirit of Truth and in doing so, your voice will be heard.

Activating Higher Charka’s

The sixth chakra or our “third eye” allows us to perceive spiritual energy and possibilities. When the third eye is first opened our perception may seem weak. We are unsure of what we are seeing and may not trust in our creative power at work. Through meditation and practice, we will learn that this chakra will guide us to our commitment in our spiritual purpose. We will learn to trust the creative power at work within us.  When the third eye is opened, one can clearly see the truth in all things.

The seventh charka, our “crown” charka is where energy enters into our body directly from Source. This energy comes into our crown charka and is met by the energy coming up through our body from Mother Earth through our root charka. Imagine standing on Gaia barefoot, feeling the vibration of her energy coming into your body through your feet. As this energy is traveling up through each charka starting with the first charka, the energy from God is entering into your crown charka. This energy is going down through each charka starting at the seventh charka. These two energies meet at the fourth or “heart” charka merging together as one energy.

Imagine as these two energies are merging together, they form a spiral similar to the DNA helix. They slowly turn, in a counter clock wise direction forming a vortex that is aligned with the spinal column.  The energies from Gaia and God send power upward and downward through the spinal column activating the light of Creator God within us.

Each charka is now opened for us to receive activation of our “oneness” with All That IS. The duality of separation is now dissolved and we are ready to eat from the fruit of the “Tree of Life”.  We truly are one with I AM THAT I AM, I WILL BE WHO I WILL BE.

The seventh chakra activation takes us into awakening our spiritual connection to Spirit. We find that the door is opened and that the heaven within is shown to us. This completes our spiritual awakening, our purification. The barriers are now busted down between us and our connection to God.

We know that the number seven has significance spiritual importance. It represents spiritual awareness.  Seven signifies mental perfection, healing, completion, music and attainment of high spirituality. The number seven may also refer to the seven deadly sins, the seven days of the week, or seven chakras. Alternatively, the number seven indicates uniqueness and eccentricity.

We have to be transformed and purified to develop our spiritual intelligence. Whenever we do not develop our spiritual intelligence, we will not have full understanding on how to transform into the next dimension. If we do not grow into understanding, all we have is information. Information that one will not comprehend nor understand how to use.

Summary

Spiritual growth is determined on where you are in life and if you’re ready to evolve. Growth is essential for one to mature.

Dimensional Shift Continued by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

We humans have lost touch with the miracles surrounding us. Life is abundant, yet we no longer cherish or respect this precious gift. What will it take to wake us up from this destructive illusion of self indulgence?

We have already discussed that the earth’s natural electromagnetic field has a frequency measured as about 7.8 HZ or Hertz. There is also monitoring of other normally occurring changes in the universe. All are interconnected. When one aspect of the universe is affected, so is our galaxy affected. After all, it is all one energy.

At the same time, we are learning more about just how much we’re joined to not only this sphere we call home, but to the universe as well. The natural rhythms maintain our health. Yet, we are losing our lifeline to this vibrational nourishment. Humankind is on the verge of letting go of the lifeline Gaia has offered us. If we let go, we will perish, fading away into nothingness. Life as once was will be gone. I’m not sure we will be able to find our way back to our life source if we do let go.

Before the invention of electricity, the human population lived in harmony with the earth. Always connecting with her daily and seasonal cycles for our own natural cycle of life.

Mediation

As we learn to meditate and calm our brain chatter, one’s brain begins to emit alpha frequencies of 7 to 9 Hz. When you’re in a relaxed state it’s then that the brain is in the same frequency of vibration as the energy field of the earth. Then we are living closer to nature. And the more our energy field is in synchronicity with the energy field of the earth, the closer we are to the Creator of All. As a result, we experience more balance in our lives and better health. The feeling of wellness grows stronger as we become more balanced with nature.

The term ‘grounding or earthing’ is often used in conversations to describe being in connection with the vibration of the planet. Walking barefoot on the ground or sitting on the ground connects us to Mother Earth. The most straightforward way to ground one’s self is to simply make contact with the ground on either the dirt or concrete, which is also conductive. You don’t necessarily have to be barefoot, but you do need to have on shoes with leather soles for the earth’s vibration to penetrate into your feet.

Traditionally shoes were made of leather, which actually conducts electrons and therefore maintains a conductive contact between the Earth and your feet. However, modern day shoes with rubber and plastics soles are electrical insulators and therefore block the beneficial flow of electrons from Earth Mother to your body.

Staying Connected

Swimming in a large body of water is another way to consume mass amounts of positive earth energy. This is why doctors in past centuries recommended to patients who were in need of healing from serious health conditions go to the sea or ocean. Sitting on the beach near a large body of water exposes the human body to the ions needed for healing.

There is no negative consequence to grounding or earthing.  Being in communion with the earth provides the opportunity to benefit one’s overall health and well-being.

Being in balance with the energy of All-There-Is brings many health benefits such as less anxiety, better sleep, reduced pain, and overall improved health. Walking in nature helps to expand the lungs with fresh air as we breathe in deeply during our hike. Circulation of the blood brings in more oxygen which in turn helps to clear the cobwebs from the mind.

Through the years several scientific experiments have suggested that when humans ground with the earth it creates a symbiotic relationship. As the energy is transferred between humans and Mother Earth, a communication takes place between the two. This is very likely why we feel enlivened and experience healing when we are one with the planet.

Scientists believe that the magnetic field of our planet can have a kind of “psychic transference” or “psychic information” network connecting to humans. The Schumann Resonance has been linked to diverse psychic and enhanced creativity. Notice the next time you are out in nature how much your senses become heightened. Some of us will be aware that we are picking up on sounds that were not previously heard. Intuition becomes stronger the longer we’re in nature feeling the natural harmonies vibrating around us.

Being Connected

Research shows everything alive responds to the subtlest changes in the magnetic and electromagnetic fields surrounding it. It appears we are creating an environment that is out of tune with nature itself. Technology has provided conveniences, but in doing so has created interference with the natural vibrational frequencies caused by the super accelerator inventions of modern day life.

There has been an increase in the number of people suffering from autoimmune diseases and other chronic conditions. Losing touch with the earth and no longer being nourished by our land has contributed to an increase of:

  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Lupus
  • Inflammatory bowel disorders
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Chronic headache
  • Irritability

We are a bioelectrical being living on an electrical planet. Our body operates electrically. All of your cells transmit multiple frequencies that maintain your heart, immune system, muscles, and nervous system.

The truth is, we have become disconnected from our source of life. We’re ungrounded and we are literally no longer in touch with the Earth. Is this disconnection a major contributing factor in the increase of the illnesses noted above?

Dimensional Shift Part 4 by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

Does one have to experience hardships to know what pain and suffering are? Of course not. I know and understand what it is to agonize over a situation without experiencing that particular hardship.  The thing is, we are taught that we can’t know about suffering and pain without experiencing it. So, do you have to be burned by the flame to know that the fire hurts when flesh comes into contact with it? You feel the heat coming from the flame. Do you have to be in turbulent waters to know that one can drown in this treacherous sea of waves crashing around you?  However, do humans really thrive during times of cold, dark despair? At times we do, but other times the sorrow servers no purpose in our growth. It actually causes our demise.

“And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about.” —Haruki Murakami

Don’t Make Life Harder

So, it’s easier to let the boat float downstream, than it is to paddle upstream.

When each of us let go of control issues, stop trying to mold life into what we think it should be, and releases the fear, life changes from being a traumatic tribulation into a calmer energy field. In addition, life becomes peaceful and filled with the abundance that God intended for us to have. Is it not easier to expand with the Universe, than to try to control it? In reality, no one has control over anything, not even our own existence. Why does anyone continue to delude themselves into thinking that they have control over their own life?

Let the illusion of control die. Bury it! Dig a deep hole and drop the illusion of authority into it. Cover up the hole with the soil of closure.  Pound the dirt tight with the shovel. Therefore, let this deception rest in peace, buried in its own grave. Stop the delusional thinking of humankind being in charge over the Earth and everything within her. Society has created this delusional belief that we are in control. We have to let it go. No one person is in control of anything, including our own self!

Earth Doesn’t Need A Conquer

Where did you get this idea that we have to conquer the Earth as warriors anyway?

Genesis 1:26-28 26 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” 27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. 28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.” (NIV)

Source Has A Plan

It is Source’s intention for us to be the guardians of this garden of paradise. Just as a farmer tends to his fields by keeping the weeds out and reaping the fruits of his labor, so should we tend lovingly to Mother Earth. It is in this caring for our Mother, that we reconnect with her energy for our own life. By lovingly cultivating our land, we are caring for ourselves and in doing so, promoting abundant health for both of us.

Let go, throw out the paddles, let the boat flow with the stream and see the true reality of what Creator has to offer. Pull the veil of illusion down, NO, rip it away and see what’s hidden behind it!  See the Love that is in control. Feel the love of ALL-THAT-THERE-IS! The truth is, love is all that there is. Nothing is more important than the love God has for each of us.

As the life-giving reconnection is re-established with Gaia, the energies begin to intertwine and once again we are one with Creation.  Our heritage is once again ours.

An Ute Prayer

Dimensional Shift Part 3 by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

As we reunite with the Living Energy of Source, one discovers that sleep becomes easier to obtain and the body is better rested. The earth’s impact on our body is truly amazing in that your pain level is reduced, stress seems to dissipate into nothingness and longevity to one’s life may be increased.

Universal Change

Therefore, our Universe is constantly changing. It is forever expanding. The Universe is very ancient. Actually we don’t know how old the universe is and have no way to document its age. But, science is documenting that it continues to change and evolve. However, Earth is a living entity that changes and evolves as the universe continues to alter and expand.  Transformation is made on Gaia not only from man’s presence, but to our planet from the expansion and evolution of the universe.

In addition, people have transformed as well. Mankind’s philosophy has changed throughout history. Humans were once one with the Universe and All-That-Is and lived in harmony. We nurtured our Mother Earth, ever being mindful of the gift of life that she gives to us. We showed gratitude for her sustaining our existence and providing life-giving resources to us.

Then came the “Fall”. The deception is that humanity is separated from God, from Creator Source. This deception has resulted in humankind feeling separated from nature and Creator. This feeling of separation makes us feel lost, so to speak, lonely, out of touch with ourselves and no longer in contact with I AM THAT I AM. It can make us feel isolated, depressed.

Staying in Harmony

As a result of mankind no longer being in harmony with Source or nature, there is a disconnect with ourselves as well. Therefore, this disconnect has given rise to a disrespect of Creator God and nature. In other words, humans are no longer one with Gaia and this has created an environment of pollution and the raping of her resources. We have become the flesh eating virus called necrotizing fasciitis. Our assault on the earth has caused the stripping of her skin so to speak and the hemorrhaging of her internal life sustaining resources. To clarify, our home is dying and we are the murderers! We are like ticks and vampires, sucking the life out of Gaia!

How do we live in balance with our home, planet Earth? With the animals and nature? How do we harmonize with our own species? How do we live in harmony within ourselves?

It’s easier to let the boat float downstream, than it is to paddle upstream.  What’s that got to do with living in harmony? What does that have to do with anything?

It has everything to do with everything. We think that we have to be doing something all the time. One is inclined to think if life is not a struggle, if we are not the mighty conquers, then we are not making a contribution to mankind. We are not proving ourselves worthy and as a result you and I are not learning the lessons we came into this world to learn. Our thinking is that we must be working all the time to make the world a better place. It is in our nature to make life harder than it needs to be.  You don’t have to struggle to prove your self-worth. Life is not intended to be filled with strife and pain or hardship all the time.  It just isn’t!

Meeting basic needs

Consider this: if each one of us is worried about meeting our basic needs of food, water, shelter, as well as struggling with fear, and if one is preoccupied with survival, then how can we as individuals evolve? If we are preoccupied with trying to survive, one cannot turn our attention to knowing the unconditional love of All-That-There-Is. As our minds are preoccupied with finding solutions to the adversities of living, how can you be opened to receiving the knowledge that the Universe has to offer?  When we live in fear, then each of us stands alone in the lie of “separation”. Fear causes confusion making one paralyzed and unable to move forward.

“As long as we don’t know adversity, how can one evolve,” you ask.  “ Where is the balance? Why do each of us have strife in our life? Why do we make everything in our lives so difficult? It seems as though one has to learn our lessons the hard way. Why is that?”

There is tremendous empowerment in facing adversity. You have two choices. One can hide from hardships or we can challenge it by seizing the opportunity. One of the most powerful acts you can do right now, is too think about how you have faced affliction. Do you shrink from the experience? Did you face it head-on? Did you overcome the catastrophes that stormed into your life? What is the lesson learned from facing the challenge?

As part of Heavenly Father’s plan, we must experience setbacks during our mortal state on this earth. Sometimes, hardship comes as the result of our own poor choices or the choices made by others affecting our life. At other times it’s just the results of circumstances in our lives. Other trials are simply a natural part of your life’s lessons to be experienced. Though they are difficult, our trials help us grow spiritually and emotionally.

Dimensional Shift Part 2 by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

The Creation story teaches us in Genesis 1: 6-9

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament: and it was so.

8 And God called the firmament Heaven.  And the evening and the morning were the second day.

9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and the dry land appear: and it was so. (NKJ)

What is the firmament? In this account, the firmament is the sky.  After the appearance of the firmament there became three separate layers forming. First, the water in the stratosphere. Second, the sky where the birds fly. Third, the water below the sky, known as the oceans and seas.

Genesis 1:20 makes this clear stating the birds will fly above the earth and over the face of the firmament. Therefore, at the original Creation, a water canopy in the stratosphere, above the sky (the firmament) was in place. After Noah’s Flood this water canopy in the stratosphere was removed. Then, the water became part of the waters from the Flood of Noah, this occurred approximately 4,400 years ago. The water canopy in the stratosphere is therefore no longer present.

Why Is This Important?

It’s important for us to understand the changes in the earth’s atmosphere before the flood and after the flood. Because, as you see, these changes affected life on earth in a way that has profoundly changed the history of the planet including how life on earth evolves and survives.

The water layer in the stratosphere was very dissimilar in comparison to what it is today. The temperature was probably much warmer, also it had no variation of temperature over the entire planet. It created a “green house” over the entire earth. Because of the greenhouse effect from the vapor canopy in the stratosphere being in place, earth was a tropical paradise.

Perhaps, this explains why the discovery of Mammoths preserved in the permafrost in Siberia had tropical vegetation in their stomachs.  Earth was, if you will, a greenhouse, a tropical paradise beyond anything we could ever imagine.

Today, one of the functions of the upper atmosphere is to filter out the dangerous radiation from the sun. However, blocking of the hazardous X-rays and gamma rays would most likely have been much greater before the flood. This would account for the life spans of our ancestors in the Bible being recorded as over nine hundred years old in age.

Before and After

Before the flood there would have been a richer concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the stratosphere. The water canopy in the stratosphere would have drastically increased the pressure of gases on Gaia, causing a 50% higher concentrations of oxygen and carbon dioxide.  This evidence is supported by experiments preformed on fossilize tree sap known as amber.

Because of the higher oxygen levels in the stratosphere, there would be higher blood oxygen levels in life on earth. The higher blood oxygen levels at that time would have contributed to extreme longevity. There would be resistance to bacterial and viral diseases. One would have greater metabolic efficiency, which would consequently greatly enhance physical ability.

Before the flood the average lifespan was 912 years. Today, the average lifespan is between 71 years and 83 years of age. This is a large contrast in life expectancy on the planet before the flood and also including afterwards. We are dying as infants in comparison to our predecessors.

Changes in the Atmosphere

So, why is it important for us to know this information? Today we hear about the greenhouse effect and global warming, but this was the normal environment before the flood. It’s not a new phenomenon as we are led to believe. As we just learned, before the flood, the temperature over the earth was consistent.

What we have to remember is that earth’s atmosphere has gone through a number of changes including temperature fluctuation along with the composition in the last 4.5 billion years. About 3 or 4 billion years ago, a bacteria-like life form discovered photosynthesis and began to give off oxygen as a poisonous waste. Everything living at that time was poisoned causing death all over the planet. This photosynthetic prokaryotic organism emitted O2 as a waste. This is a precursor to what we now call blue-green algae. After more than a billion years of these bacteria-like things making oxygen, a life form evolved that was able to breath it. Soon after this evolution, mankind arrived.

Staying Connected

Mankind has lost touch with our Mother-Who-Nurishes-Us. We no longer hear her song as she quietly hums to us. Humans no longer feel her heartbeat because we have lost touch with her energy. Lost is the connection of oneness you and I once had with Mother Earth. As one isolates themselves inside concrete buildings, lost altogether is the attachment to Mother’s healing energy.

When we are connected to our Mother, we sense a discomfort or agitation with the subtle changes that are occurring in her vibrational energy. Our conscious mind or our Higher-Self, is wanting to ‘understand’ and categorize what is essentially an ambiguous feeling that is happening around us right then. We knew without judgement when these energies were emerging within us.  We were able to quiet our mind, let go of judgment and fear, and listen to what Earth was saying to us. As individuals, we were able to ask how one could be of service to the conscious collective. Each of us knew what the conscious collective was and that our energies were connected to it.

Nature calls out to us asking for a reunion with her. It’s important that not only does one physically connect with our Living-Source of life, but we join on an energetic level, a soul level. When you’re stressed, have you noticed that once you venture outside into the tranquility of nature, the union with earth calms the soul, mind and body. It’s through this intimate union that one’s body, mind and soul begins to heal. When bare feet touch the ground you feel the joining of energies between yourself and earth.

Dimensional Shift Part 1 by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

I have always known that I would be present for the second coming of Christ. The scene that plays out in my mind, however, does not match the description presented by mainstream religious groups. You know, the scene with Jesus riding in on a white horse swinging the sword of justice. Blood flows freely over the earth and millions of massacred people lay dead on blood soaked soil. The battle of Armageddon takes place with evil verses good. Everyone worldwide looks up into the sky watching the battle build to its climax. People throughout the world hold their breath in anticipation of the final outcome when all evil is finally destroyed.

Return of Jesus

I’m not even sure I believe there will be a second coming. At least, not in the way that conventional religion teaches us to believe.  We are taught that believers will be taken up in the rapture at the time of Christ’s second coming. But on examination, the word rapture does not even appear in the Bible. Some accounts state that the dead will rise from the grave. Others state that the dead will return with the Savior riding on white horses and dressed in fine lien. Each account is fiercely defended as the only truth.

Yes, I know the story of the crucifixion and the resurrection. There is controversy over this account about Christ being in the grave for three days and then ascending to be with the Father. Also, there is a great deal of argument over the time in which the Lamb of God arose. Was it on Friday before the sabbath on Saturday? Or, was it on Sunday?

I think he is still here working in a higher dimension. My inner most feeling is that his energy is still on this planet and continues to bring healing support for Gaia. Personally, I literally feel his presences. I am surrounded by his energy while being nurtured in his love. This energy wraps around me like a warm, protective blanket. His energy nurtures me just as Gaia is nurtured.

Dimensional Changes

However, I am here to talk with you about the dimensional changes currently taking place in our universe and how our home, called Earth, is being affected. We will explore if and how these dimensional shifts are interconnected with the second coming of Jesus. I compare the views of conventional religion to the views of metaphysical science. Then, we look at the scientific evidence on the changes taking place in our universe.  Also, I explore the effects of the Earth’s changes in vibrational frequency and how it affects individuals physically and mentally.

Human beings are physically affected by the changes in the Earth’s vibrational energy. These physical influences are powerful modifiers on our mental and emotional well being. Mother Earth sustains our very existence.  We are intertwined one with the other. Our energies are connected to the extent that we literally cannot live without the energy of our nurturing Mother. Her “milk of life” is needed for our very survival!

The Science

Science has been monitoring our planet for many centuries and there are changes in the magnetic frequency to the planet. The orbit of the Earth has changed and as a result, the magnetic poles are changing. Science teaches us that the orbital rotation of our planet changes over tens of thousands of years.

The orbit of Gaia is elliptical around the sun. The degree of a planet’s orbital ellipse is referred to as its eccentricity. What this means is that there are times of the year when the planet is closer to the sun than at other times. We call these times of year spring and summer. When Earth is closer to the sun, it receives more solar radiation. The point at which Mother Earth passes closest to the sun is called perihelion, and the point furthest from the sun is called aphelion. Aphelion is known as our fall and winter months.

Why we need to know this will become apparent as the discussion continues. I know, this is heavy science stuff, but hang in there with me, it will get easier. You need the fundamental information for a basic understanding of what the shift means as far as the Earth’s orbit goes and how it affects living beings.

As it turns out, the shape of the Earth’s orbital eccentricity varies over time from being nearly circular known as low eccentricity and mildly elliptical known as high eccentricity. It takes roughly 100,000 years for Earth to undergo a full cycle. During periods of high eccentricity, radiation exposure on Earth can accordingly fluctuate more wildly between periods of perihelion (closer to the sun) and aphelion (further away from the sun). Those fluctuations are likewise far milder during times of low eccentricity.

Wrapping Up Part One

There are numerous sources documenting the fact that Earth’s atmosphere has had many changes over the last 4.5 billion years. In the last one hundred years, the level of carbon dioxide has risen as humans have polluted the Earth.

Before the great flood, in the story of Noah building his ark, the atmosphere on Earth was greatly contrasted compared to what it is now.

Part two compares the atmosphere on Earth before the flood and afterwards.

Anger by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

Anger is an emotion I don’t experience very often. However, I feel angry right now. To be honest, I’m enraged! The reason for my exasperation is related to current events. For instance, I’m upset with members of my profession.

Do no harm

Doctors and nurses take an oath to do no harm. Nurses are advocates for their patients. We take our role to protect our patients seriously. At times, that includes standing up to a doctor who is not listening to what our patient is telling them.

Therefore, as one who stands my ground to protect my patients, it infuriates me to see the harm being done to people throughout the world. As an Infection Prevention Nurse, I know a lie when I hear it. And I’ve heard a lot of lies in the last eighteen months.

Having said this, I now see bullying happening to the medical staff working in patient care. Their livelihood is being threatened to force compliance with taking an experimental drug. Current research shows that thousands of people have died from this experiment. Not only have thousands died, but hundreds of thousands are injured from this drug.

However, this article is not about the injustice being done to people worldwide. I will not get into the political aspect of current events. This article is about anger.

Anger’s two sides

We like to think that an emotion is either good or bad. In reality, it’s neither. It’s what we do with an emotion that makes it good or bad.

I do practice what I preach. So, I find I need to take a step back and examine why I’m so angry.

In my book, Guilty Prayers, I have a chapter on anger. I share a true story about how anger affects one when it gets out of control. When an emotion overwhelms an individual, their life is often put on a road to destruction. When one becomes stuck in anger, their health is affected in an adverse way.

What happens when anger is out of control

Let me be very clear, uncontrolled anger will kill you if one doesn’t recognize what is happening and deal with it.

1. One long-term physical effect of uncontrolled anger is increased anxiety, high blood pressure and headache. (I have a headache at this time. Time to have a reality check.)

2. Suppressed anger is stored in the body as tension. This rage contributes to high blood pressure. High blood pressure can lead to stroke or heart attack.

3. Studies have linked high levels of hostility to an increased risk of respiratory problems.

4. Research shows that continuous high levels of anger is directly associated with a shortened lifespan due to the impact on the body.

This is the short version of ill effects on the body. Read my book, Guilty Prayers for the details.

How to deal with anger

Recognizing that you are angry and that it isn’t resolving is the first step. You have to be honest with yourself. First, admit to yourself that you are angry and second, it’s not going away.

Strategies for anger management include regular exercise, learning relaxation techniques and in some cases counseling. Another effective tool is hypnosis.

There comes a time when it’s necessary to remove oneself from the situation that’s causing your destress. I always advised the veterans I worked with at the Veteran’s Administration to stop watching the news. Once they stopped, they reported the anger felt was dissipating.

I have to admit, I have not watched mainstream news media in over twenty years. This source of news is propaganda with little truth being reported. I do however, research current events and have found several reliable sources of information.

In this case, the source of my agitation comes from listening to colleagues who are being bullied. I’m thankful that I left allopathic medicine four years ago. It makes me feel ashamed at those who are demanding that staff put themselves in harms way. There is no clinical evidence base performance standards to support Administration’s demand to control staff in this manner. Actually, what’s being forced on all peoples breaks the Nuremberg Code. Reference my article on experimental drugs and the Nuremberg Code.

Wrapping it up

I’m mad! But, I know I’m upset and why. By admitting my anger to myself, I’m better able to move past this feeling. So, what am I doing to practice what I preach?

I find walking is a good stress reliever for me. In the last couple of weeks, I walked about 30 miles. (I told you I am upset.) However, where I live, it’s too hot to walk right now. As a result of this heat, I switched over to swimming laps in a pool.

I admit that there’s absolutely nothing I can do about the current situation. Knowing this, I turn to prayer and release what I know I have no control over. I meditate often. In practicing these techniques, I feel my frustration subsiding. Writing this article has helped a great deal in calming myself down.

So, when you feel angry and you know it’s out of control, take control of your emotions. You are not helpless and your emotions do not dictate to you.

Step back and take a long hard look at what’s going on. Then take action to control what’s going on with your feelings. If you’re not able to take control, ask for help. It’s your life.

It’s not about what life throws at you, but how you react to it.

Take control! You’ve got this!

Spirit of a Nation by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

The Spirit of America is love of freedom and individual rights. Tomorrow, in America is the Fourth of July, otherwise known as Independence Day. (I love that movie!)

I know many peoples of other countries don’t particularly like Americans. But, I hope you’re able to admire our Spirit of Justice. We fight for the underdog.

Who is America?

White people were not the first inhabitants of this land. Different tribes of Native Americans were here when Columbus arrived in 1492.

By the 1760s, the thirteen British colonies contained 2.5 million people along the Atlantic Coast east of the Appalachian Mountains. These brave individuals came from Britain and France to escape the tyranny and oppression of their homelands. They wanted a better live for themselves and their families.

Our forefathers fought and gave their very lives to ensure generations to come would have the freedom of choice.

At the turn of the 20th century, America saw an influx of immigrant workers and farmers coming to America to find a better way of life. These individuals came from all over the world.

A national railroad network was completed and large-scale mines and factories were established. The Industrial Boom began. In addition, the growing pains brought problems that cause Americans to stand up and fight for individual rights once again.

Therefore, the American Spirit is one of Justice! We don’t like seeing others taken advantage of and trampled on.

Who are Americans now?

Most importantly, Americans still have the Spirit of Justice. However, we have become complacent and lazy. In addition, we have taken our eye off the ball. Our freedoms are being eroded one by one. We have been put in lockdown without clinical proof to support such a drastic move. We’re being force to take an experimental drug that has not gone through the safety protocol. Doctors and nurses are being threatened loss of livelihood if they don’t fall into line.

Following orders is no excuse for the loss of lives this experimental drug has cause. We’re seeing a modern day version the concentration camps with the lockdowns and force injections.

Meanwhile, we are like sheep being taken to the slaughter. Get your head out of the sand or the other place so many like to say!

Over the last year and half, we closed our eyes to what is really going on.  Wake up! Look around! Parental rights are taken away when a minor child is making health care decisions without parental consent. Your freedom of choice is taken away! Government bullying is rampant and out of control!

The American Spirit and the rest of the world

Durning this time of free rights eroding, we see this enslavement spreading around the world. It’s not just American rights that are taken away, but rights of all peoples! That is to say, WE THE PEOPLE of the world have to pull together and put a stop to this tyranny taking place.

Open your eyes and see what’s happening! Stand up for your rights! Take a stand for your right to make your own choices! Now is the time for ALL peoples of the world to unite! United we all stand! Divided we all fall!

Above all, remember that our forefathers gave up their very lives for us. Our modern military forces sacrifice daily for our right to choose.

I invite people from around the world to join with Americans to stand up and put a stop to the atrocities we have endured the last year and a half.

WE THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD HAVE HAD ENOUGH!

Anatomy of the Heart by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

I’m sure you think this article is about the physical anatomy of the heart. Sorry to disappoint you. However, this article is about the spiritual silhouette of the heart.

Therefore, we are stepping into a new realm of heart analysis.

A modern view of heart and emotions

When you hear the word heart, in relation to emotions, you think of Valentine’s Day. You think of flowery cards with romantic words. A fairy-tale or little girl’s thoughts of Prince Charming.

Our heart is the center of the physical, mental, and spiritual life of all humans. In addition, digging a little deeper, we begin to see a broader interpretation.

First, the word heart refers to the physical organ and is considered to be the center of the physical life.

Next, the heart becomes the focus for all the vital functions of the body. This also includes both intellectual and spiritual life.

The literal Hebrew translation of heart means to give attention to something, to worry about it.

Spiritual meaning of heart and head

You are what you think! You manifest into your life what you dwell on!

We think decisions are made in the brain. Wrong! Like wise, the mind is closely related to our acts of will. An act of will is a result of a conscious or even a deliberate decision. Therefore, your heart is associated with activities of the mind and the will. In addition, it’s closely connected to the feelings and affections of a person.

Know yourself! Listen to your body as it talks to you. Yes, indeed, your body does talk to you. Are you listening? In other words, are you paying attention to what your heart is saying?

The Spiritual Heart connects the mind, body and spirit. It’s the bridge connecting us to ourselves.

How do we open the gate?

For instance, one way to open the door to your Higher Self is to practice meditation or prayer. Next, physical exercise such as QiGong and Yoga develops concentration. Then, there is the emotional response we have to art or music. Connect to nature and feel the pulsing of the Earth. All of these activities connect us to our Higher Self.

Develop relationships with friends and family. The love we feel for those closest to us is important.

However, the strongest connection in being one with Spirit is to know yourself! If you really want to know yourself, just ask, “What do I need to know?” It’s not hard.

The trick is in listening to the answer. Trust what you hear. For instance, if what you hear, is condemnation, it’s not from Source. Source speaks to us through love and compassion.

What happens when you don’t listen?

In my book, Guilty Prayers, the stories are about real people and what happened to them when they let emotions get out of control. The physical toll taken on the body was difficult for them. Their health was in jeopardy in some cases.

For example, I have a client who had a heart attack about four years ago. This client had no vessel blockage at the time of their heart attack. No real physical reason for the event. However, there is damage to the heart.

As, this client was talking with me, I realized that they had placed a block around their heart. Putting this barrier around the heart, blocked the connection between the emotions they feel in life. Oftentimes, we think we are protecting ourselves when we don’t want to acknowledge what we feel. Instead, we are doing a great deal of harm to ourself. (Mr. Spock was wrong about not feeling emotions! Being a Vulcan isn’t a good idea.)

I suggested to my client that they needed to teardown the wall that is surrounding their heart. When one does not listen to their own truth, the body will react in a way to get your attention.

One may find that they have problems with the throat when not speaking their truth. The voice can be weak when as they talk. It can have a gravelly sound or hoarseness. But, once the individual speaks the truth from within, these systems clear up.

This client stated to me, “If I say what I feel, it will make it true!”

Sorry, my friend, but when you feel it, it’s already made true. My client, didn’t remove the barrier from the heart. As a result, they had a second heart attack. This time, the heart literally blocked a vessel. It will be interesting to see if this client removes the wall.

In conclusion

Each of us have a choice. We can either listen to our Higher Self as we are being talked to or not. Just remember, there are consequences when we don’t listen.

Take it from one who was slow to act on what the heart was telling me. Listen and act promptly. In doing so, I could have avoided dealing with melanoma on my leg. It took melanoma on my leg to get me to take the first step to move out of a situation I knew I should have left years before.

Listen to your heart as it speaks to you. If you don’t, your body will start yelling!

The mind knows nothing! However, the heart knows everything! Listen!
