Dimensional Shift Part 2 by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

The Creation story teaches us in Genesis 1: 6-9

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament: and it was so.

8 And God called the firmament Heaven.  And the evening and the morning were the second day.

9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and the dry land appear: and it was so. (NKJ)

What is the firmament? In this account, the firmament is the sky.  After the appearance of the firmament there became three separate layers forming. First, the water in the stratosphere. Second, the sky where the birds fly. Third, the water below the sky, known as the oceans and seas.

Genesis 1:20 makes this clear stating the birds will fly above the earth and over the face of the firmament. Therefore, at the original Creation, a water canopy in the stratosphere, above the sky (the firmament) was in place. After Noah’s Flood this water canopy in the stratosphere was removed. Then, the water became part of the waters from the Flood of Noah, this occurred approximately 4,400 years ago. The water canopy in the stratosphere is therefore no longer present.

Why Is This Important?

It’s important for us to understand the changes in the earth’s atmosphere before the flood and after the flood. Because, as you see, these changes affected life on earth in a way that has profoundly changed the history of the planet including how life on earth evolves and survives.

The water layer in the stratosphere was very dissimilar in comparison to what it is today. The temperature was probably much warmer, also it had no variation of temperature over the entire planet. It created a “green house” over the entire earth. Because of the greenhouse effect from the vapor canopy in the stratosphere being in place, earth was a tropical paradise.

Perhaps, this explains why the discovery of Mammoths preserved in the permafrost in Siberia had tropical vegetation in their stomachs.  Earth was, if you will, a greenhouse, a tropical paradise beyond anything we could ever imagine.

Today, one of the functions of the upper atmosphere is to filter out the dangerous radiation from the sun. However, blocking of the hazardous X-rays and gamma rays would most likely have been much greater before the flood. This would account for the life spans of our ancestors in the Bible being recorded as over nine hundred years old in age.

Before and After

Before the flood there would have been a richer concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the stratosphere. The water canopy in the stratosphere would have drastically increased the pressure of gases on Gaia, causing a 50% higher concentrations of oxygen and carbon dioxide.  This evidence is supported by experiments preformed on fossilize tree sap known as amber.

Because of the higher oxygen levels in the stratosphere, there would be higher blood oxygen levels in life on earth. The higher blood oxygen levels at that time would have contributed to extreme longevity. There would be resistance to bacterial and viral diseases. One would have greater metabolic efficiency, which would consequently greatly enhance physical ability.

Before the flood the average lifespan was 912 years. Today, the average lifespan is between 71 years and 83 years of age. This is a large contrast in life expectancy on the planet before the flood and also including afterwards. We are dying as infants in comparison to our predecessors.

Changes in the Atmosphere

So, why is it important for us to know this information? Today we hear about the greenhouse effect and global warming, but this was the normal environment before the flood. It’s not a new phenomenon as we are led to believe. As we just learned, before the flood, the temperature over the earth was consistent.

What we have to remember is that earth’s atmosphere has gone through a number of changes including temperature fluctuation along with the composition in the last 4.5 billion years. About 3 or 4 billion years ago, a bacteria-like life form discovered photosynthesis and began to give off oxygen as a poisonous waste. Everything living at that time was poisoned causing death all over the planet. This photosynthetic prokaryotic organism emitted O2 as a waste. This is a precursor to what we now call blue-green algae. After more than a billion years of these bacteria-like things making oxygen, a life form evolved that was able to breath it. Soon after this evolution, mankind arrived.

Staying Connected

Mankind has lost touch with our Mother-Who-Nurishes-Us. We no longer hear her song as she quietly hums to us. Humans no longer feel her heartbeat because we have lost touch with her energy. Lost is the connection of oneness you and I once had with Mother Earth. As one isolates themselves inside concrete buildings, lost altogether is the attachment to Mother’s healing energy.

When we are connected to our Mother, we sense a discomfort or agitation with the subtle changes that are occurring in her vibrational energy. Our conscious mind or our Higher-Self, is wanting to ‘understand’ and categorize what is essentially an ambiguous feeling that is happening around us right then. We knew without judgement when these energies were emerging within us.  We were able to quiet our mind, let go of judgment and fear, and listen to what Earth was saying to us. As individuals, we were able to ask how one could be of service to the conscious collective. Each of us knew what the conscious collective was and that our energies were connected to it.

Nature calls out to us asking for a reunion with her. It’s important that not only does one physically connect with our Living-Source of life, but we join on an energetic level, a soul level. When you’re stressed, have you noticed that once you venture outside into the tranquility of nature, the union with earth calms the soul, mind and body. It’s through this intimate union that one’s body, mind and soul begins to heal. When bare feet touch the ground you feel the joining of energies between yourself and earth.

Living in Harmony with Gaia by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

Before the invention of electricity, the human population lived in harmony with the earth. Always connecting with her daily and seasonal cycles for our own natural cycle of life.

Grounding

The term ‘grounding or earthing’ is often used in conversations to describe being in connection with the vibration of the planet. Walking barefoot on the ground or sitting on the ground connects us to Mother Earth. The most straightforward way to ground one’s self is to simply make contact with the ground on either the dirt or concrete, which is also conductive. You don’t necessarily have to be barefoot, but you do need to have on shoes with leather soles for the earth’s vibration to penetrate into your feet.

Swimming in a large body of water is another way to consume mass amounts of positive earth energy. This is why doctors in past centuries recommended to patients who were in need of healing from serious health conditions go to the sea or ocean. Sitting on the beach near a large body of water exposes the body to the ions needed for healing.

There is no negative consequence to grounding or earthing.  Being in communion with the earth provides the opportunity to benefit one’s overall health and well-being.

Being in balance with the energy of All-There-Is brings many health benefits such as less anxiety, better sleep, reduced pain, and overall improved health. Walking in nature helps to expand the lungs with fresh air as we breathe in deeply during our hike. Circulation of the blood brings in more oxygen which in turn helps to clear the cobwebs from the mind.

Disconnection from Earth

Research shows everything alive responds to the subtlest changes in the magnetic and electromagnetic fields surrounding it. It appears we are creating an environment that is out of tune with nature itself. Technology has provided conveniences, but in doing so has created interference with the natural vibrational frequencies caused by the super accelerator inventions of modern day life.

There has been an increase in the number of people suffering from autoimmune diseases and other chronic conditions. Losing touch with the earth and no longer being nourished by our land has contributed to an increase of:

  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Lupus
  • Inflammatory bowel disorders
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Chronic headache
  • Irritability

The truth is, we have become disconnected from our source of life. We’re ungrounded and we are literally no longer in touch with the Earth. Is this disconnection a major contributing factor in the increase of illnesses noted above?

Benefits of Earthing

Benefits of being one with the earth include:

  • Inflammation has been linked to nearly every degenerative disease recorded — cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, glaucoma, autoimmune disorders, cancer and many more. Grounding reduces chronic inflammation and related chronic pain
  • Earthing neutralizes the free radicals in our bodies, significantly reducing oxidative stress and readily helps us to recover from injuries, trauma and exhaustion
  • Earthing is recommended for anyone who has an auto-immune condition
  • Grounding affects your DNA immediately
  • When you ground to the electrons enriched in the earth, there is an improved balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems
  • Enhances circulation, which leads to increased energy
  • Earth is the natural antidote for electron deficiency and achieving a healthy balance in the body
  • Improved sleep
  • Reduces hormonal and menstrual symptoms

Go barefoot for a half-hour or so outside and see what a difference that makes on your pain or stress level. Sit, stand, or walk on soil, grass, sand, or concrete. These are all conductive surfaces from which your body can draw the Earth’s energy. Wood, asphalt, and vinyl are not conductive. Ditch the shoes made with plastic or rubber as much as possible. When you take these steps, you may discover how much better you feel. You may notice the reduction in pain, anxiety and that you are sleeping better.

After a time, the communion between your body, mind, and emotions with the earth will bring a shift in your inner and outer worlds. You will begin to feel aligned and balanced with your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Being balanced within and outward brings a sense of wholeness and peace to oneself.

Are You Grounded? What Does That Mean? by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

We hear the words, “stay grounded” quite often.  What does that really mean?   I am grounded, is a term used in metaphysical circles that tells us we are connected to the earth.  Is that what we really want to do?

Definition of Grounding

A spiritual definition tells us, the term grounding refers to having your personal spiritual energy connected to the energy of the earth.  We are often told to imagine our energy penetrating deep into the earth.  The instructions are, imagine your energy being like that of the roots of a tree, reaching deep into the earth to hold us in alignment with Mother Earth’s energy.

Another definition, is the disciplinary action a parent takes with a definite child.

Being Grounded in Mother Earth

I have given a great deal of thought to this concept of being grounded into the earth.  In recent weeks with all the energy changes going on in the universe, I have found that my personal spiritual energy has changed.

The transition was a difficult one for me.  I struggled with physical symptoms of headache, nausea, change in the frequency in the pitch of ringing in my ears, and at times a little dizziness.  All I wanted to do was sleep.  It actually turned out to be a three week process of ascension for me that was draining at times.  I went into a hermit mode and allowed the growth to progress at its own pace.  Once I disconnected from social media, I rested.

Throughout this process I thought about staying grounded to the earth’s energy.  My vibrational frequency has changed.  I feel lighter in my energy field and I quite like it.  My innate abilities have expanded and grown.  Understanding how my abilities have changed is an interesting development as well.  I will not go into detail on my personal growth in this posting.  My vibration reached a higher frequency.  I am longer tied to the earth.

What is the alternative?

Earthing took on a new meaning for me.  I am able to move forward in my growth and development as a spiritual being when I’m not anchored.  One can be connected to Gaia without extending spiritual roots deep into the planet’s energy.   Above all, it’s being balanced within ourselves that’s the most important thing one needs to remember.

As you ascend to higher vibrational levels, your energy requirements will change.  Also, as your energy becomes lighter, the vibration frequency becomes faster.  I found that as I have ascended in my personal growth, I no longer want to be grounded into Gaia.  I don’t want to be stuck in one place and stagnant.  I like reaching for the higher vibrational frequencies.

As you ascend in your development, you may find that you no longer want to be grounded as well.
