Metaphysical View on Dimensional Shift by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

The Bible talks about other dimensions.  These verses are often overlooked as information on other dimensions.  The general population sees these verses as a physical or mental change that one must make.

Colossians 3:10 (NIV) – And have put on the new [man], which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Our Creator being spirit has asked us to step into the spirit dimension to take on His image.  To do this we have to activate our sixth chakra or “third eye” to connect with I AM. In doing so, we have become one with Creator God and are co-creators in this dimensional experience.  

Luke 16:1-2,9-13 

  1 And he said also unto his disciples, There was a certain rich man, which had a steward; and the same was accused unto him that he had wasted his goods. 2 And he called him, and said unto him, How is it that I hear this of thee? give an account of thy stewardship; for thou mayest be no longer steward. 9 And I say unto you, Make to yourselves friends of the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when ye fail, they may receive you into everlasting habitations. 10 He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.11 If therefore ye have not been faithful l in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true [riches]? 12 And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man’s, who shall give you that which is your own?” “13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” 

Evolving to higher dimensions

In human form, we get caught up in the material aspects of our third dimensional world.  We try to ‘store up treasures’ and wealth in the misguided belief that these riches will give us the security we need to live in this human existence.  If we evolve as we should, we learn that these treasures are temporary and an illusion. 

The material or worldly riches are meaningless.  We have to awaken to the true inner riches of the mind and the realization of the spiritual substance that lies behind every outer manifestation in our lives.  If our thoughts are fixated on the material world around us we will not be able to ascend into the fifth dimensional world.   

To ascend into the fifth dimensional world of spirit, we have to choose were our focus will be embedded.  Will we serve God or stay attached to the illusion of material riches?  We cannot hold on to both. We cannot serve two masters.

When our ego attaches itself to material riches it really believes in another power other than in the power of Creator.  It trusts in the riches of the visible world instead of the riches of the invisible world.  To raise our higher consciousness to heaven we have to develop the powers of the mind to the spiritual level. We are promised fulfillment of the law of righteousness when we have elevated our minds to the higher vibrational level of the spiritual realm.  

Ego attachment

Luke 16: 19-26  “19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and see the Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. 26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that[would come] from thence.”

The “rich man” represents our selfish nature always looking for self gratification.  The ego hoards the substance of our Father and uses it for selfish gratification and refuses to repent or change its heart toward the love of God.

What is the real goal?

The real goal is to attain consciousness of the intellectual knowledge of Source and have the understanding of his spiritual nature and true relation to the world of manifestation.

Can human thoughts affect world events?  In the early 1980s, 70,000 people from 150 countries gathered together at the World Culture Festival in Berlin, Germany to try an experiment to see if a group of individuals meditating on the same topic could make a difference.  The results were impressive to say the least.  The purpose of the event was to bring world peace through meditation and have a positive effect on world events.

Another group of 1,000 people joined together in Jerusalem to meditate on world peace at the height of the war in Lebanon. War deaths in Lebanon went down by over 75 percent. Not only did war deaths go down, but crime, traffic collisions, fires, and other destructive events also went down on the days the group meditated.

Schumann Resonance Effects by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

The Schumann resonance is known to disrupt the natural frequencies of the human energy field when the frequencies are high.

A. Schienle, R.Stark, and D. Vaitl presented a research paper to the Journal of Scientific Exploration in 1998 it described the effects of hertz changes on the human body.

Therefore, among these changes are neurosis, migraine headache, and emotional distress. 

According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) mental health issues are on the increase.  Dr. Joseph Mercola reports in his paper published 12/12/2013 that,“Depression is a pervasive health issue today. According to data from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), one in 10 American adults report some form of depression. Eleven percent of the US population over the age of 12 is on antidepressant medication.”

In addition, two years ago, Marcia Angell, former editor-in-chief of the New England Journal of Medicine, discussed how a shocking 46 percent of Americans fit a diagnosis for one form of mental illness or another. This problem is not limited to the United States.

Correlation between Humans and Schumann Resonance

However, metaphysical science also recognizes there is a correlation between humans, the pulsating conscious of the universe and how the two are entwined.  

We live in a three dimensional plain and have shifted into the fourth dimension.  Let’s review what the dimensions are.

The first dimension is a straight line, nothing more or less.

The second dimension is believed to be an unseen dimension of time.

The third dimension extends perpendicular to the second dimension and anything there in can be a plane, a dot, a line or an object.  The third dimension is the physical reality of the conscious being.  This is our dimension, the dimension where humans and other living matter exists.  It is our reality.  

The fourth dimension has two parts; the physical and the metaphysical.  The physical aspect of the fourth dimension is where expansion is seen.  The universe is expanding in all directions.  

The metaphysical aspect of the fourth dimension relates to the travel form.  This concept involves the Wormhole theory.

In metaphysical science it is also known as the astral plane.

Fifth Dimension

This takes us to the fifth dimension, the topic of this discussion. (No, not the singing group from the 1960s.) In popular culture, the fifth dimension is referred to as the unexplored or unexplained aspects of the universe.  We will explore this aspect of the fifth dimension instead of the mathematical side of the topic.  

In other words, the theory of the fifth dimension is that the vibrational frequencies of the earth are increasing and as such our reality as we know it is changing.  The fifth dimension is known as the dimension of love and ascension.

Science has been probing the possibilities of time-space for decades with Einstein being the early leader in time-space continuum study.  The fifth dimension or layer of Creation is a dimension that brings space-time into relationship with the timeless and eternal. The fifth dimension creates a movement of consciousness rather than a movement in the physical reality that we know and understand. This movement allows us to perceive the oneness of life and matter because we are moving within a higher vibrational plane. As we move into higher dimensions, we have a broader view of what reality really is.

Above all, fifth dimensional space is a state of consciousness that is theorize as being like in a dream state.  In a dream, we can explore a situation from many different perspectives.  We can see the outcomes of the situation from each perspective and how it can affect everyone involved. 

Meditation and Consciousness

Through meditation our senses are heightened states of awareness, compassion, and knowledge. As our sensory systems align to higher frequencies, we become cognitively engaged in the fifth dimension and it allows us the ability to peer into that dimension.

For instance, the difference between dimensions is not physical, but in consciousness.  Evolution to the next dimensional level requires a shift in consciousness where we are vibrating in resonance with that dimension.  Not everyone on this planet will make the conscious or unconscious choice to shift into the fifth dimension. Many will wish to remain in third dimensional reality where they are currently living.  Time in the fifth dimension is known as ‘The Now’ reality.  What we create and experience in this moment is who and what we are and what we will be, unless we shift our intention. We know that what we focus our attention on will become increasingly powerful and will manifest in our life.  In the fifth dimension there is unconditional love, forgiveness and acceptance.

Similarly, Jesus told us to become like “little children.” In doing so, there is the innocence that is needed to accept the ‘now’ moment and the meaning of becoming one with all that there is.  It is with this innocence that we ascend to the higher consciousness that Jesus lived in each moment.

The Wandering Mind by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

Do you let your mind wander? Or do you stay in your head, over thinking things?

I tend to stay in my head too much. At times it’s hard to get off the merry-go-round of over- thinking a situation.  I finally learned to let go, now I allow my mind to wander taking me to unlimited possibilities.

What are the mental health benefits?

Show me the facts! Where is the evidence that a daydreaming mind is healthy?

  1. When your mind wanders, you’re allowing your creativity to emerge.
  2. Zone out, let the answer come in.
  3. Day dreaming allows you to destress.
  4. Research suggests that a wandering mind can serve important functions for our performance and well-being.

For instance, most of my writing takes place in my mind before I put a single word on paper. My inspiration comes from some of the most odd situations. This article is a good example! While cooking a meal for a friend, this topic just popped into my mind. I give myself permission to let go. When I do this, I become very creative, I see all kinds of possibilities.

For instance, by letting go and opening up the mind to the possibilities, you’re able to walk through the door of opportunity.

My roaming mind gave me the inspiration to take experiences from my life and other peoples lives to write my book Guilty PrayersTherefore, my rambling mind was able to create a self help book that gives people the tools to work through difficult situations.

How to let go

First, make time to let your mind explore. For instance, while you’re folding clothes, a boring task, this is a good time to wander through possibilities. By allowing downtime, you’ve unlocked the door to creativity.

Secondly, be aware that you’re in a day dream. Being aware of the mind wandering, releases stress. In other words, take a vacation from the daily stressors! Give yourself permission to escape from the grind. Walk away and have a holiday!

Lastly, practice meditation! Meditation is a prescription to promote overall health. Meditation doesn’t have to take a long time. When you let your mind rest, your whole body is affected. In addition to boosting your creativity, meditation releases stress throughout the whole body. We all know what stress can do to the mind and body. It’s time to become acquainted with what it feels like to let go and destress!

 

 

Ask & You Shall Receive by Janet Westley, Ph.D., N.H.D.

I talk often about ‘pay attention to what you think’. What you dwell on in your thoughts is what you manifest into your life. The thoughts you hold in your mind are the things you are asking for. So, ask and you shall receive.

This article is focused on mental health.

Strange Times

History is being made at this moment in time. A history that has only been experienced once before in world recordings. The historical flood of Noah’s time is the only other event that I know of that has affected the whole earth. Noah and his family were in quarantine. The entirety of mankind is in quarantine now. Yes, there have been other events of major turns in history. However, I’m talking about humans being isolated in every country around the globe.

Emotions are running high around the earth at this time. On April 4, 2020 the whole planet came together in meditation and prayer. The result was that the recording of the Shumann Resonance was 71! Normal frequency is 7.83 to 14.

This energy is running high during other mediative gatherings around the world. On the last group mediation the energy level was 68. The vibration of the earth is humming at new heights.

You are living in an exciting time in history! Change is here and now.

Change is now!

For decades we have talked about pollution, cleaning up the waters and air. Yet, we have not really done anything about it. The insanity continued. We continued to do the same thing over and over expecting different results.

Nature has taken control! Humankind has not acted responsible so we have been grounded. The car keys have been taken away by Mother Nature so to speak. In this moment in time, world wide quarantine is in place. Change is now. Life will never go back to the way it was. That is a blessing!

Momentum is moving us forward

The momentum is moving us forward. We will move forward like it or not. Now is the time to receive the blessings you have been asking for. It’s easier to float downstream than it is to paddle upstream. Go with the flow of universal energy. Take the path of least resistance!

Quieten your mind. Focus your mind on the stillness within. Listen to ‘white noise’, center on your breathing. Be still. Feel what your inner being is noticing. The emphasis may be on the emotions you’re feeling, bodily sensations, or the environment within.

People throughout the planet are being forced into a corner, our back is against the wall! How are you going to respond to this moment in time? Are you responding or reacting?

What are you thinking?

Your thoughts are your responsibility! Are you living in fear? Why? The more you think on fear, the more anxiety will be in your life. Do you not realize that this fear is an illusion? One will experience fear, anxiety and panic to the extent that you focus on it. Feelings are out of control! Why? Each person who dwells in the fear is bringing forth that reality. This world is being created by your thoughts.

On April 4, 2020, when the whole planet came together in meditation and prayer, the energy resonance was one of peace, love, joy. As we gave attention to what was going on during this moment, Mother Earth began to heal. Pollution of the air and water is clearing. The earth is resting and healing. But, more importantly, the people of the world came together as one! We are in control of how we feel! What energy are you going to sit in?

Are you in tune with who you are?

As the people of the earth have come together to align one with another, wonderful change is now occurring! Fear was high in the beginning of this quarantine. Did you become fearful? Did you let your imagination take hold of you and run wild?

The flu has killed 100 times more people than the coronavirus. So, is your fear justified? Misinformation is spreading like wildfire. Are you falling into the fear trap?

Step out of this energy of fear. It serves no purpose. Step into the energy of love and feel the change come over you.

Practice what you preach!

I have talked about going inside of yourself in previous articles, getting to know yourself is of utmost importance. Do I practice what I preach? Yes, I do.

I mediate daily. It may be for just a few moments or for a longer period of time. It just depends on the information I’m receiving. I usually start my day out in mindful thought before I get out of bed in the mornings. This practice is repeated at night as I am winding down from the day’s activities. On occasion, I’m called to take a few moments out to focus, realign with myself and God energy.

You have been given a most unique opportunity. Take advantage of it. Now is the time to really get to know yourself. In living mindfully, one learns to pay attention to their thoughts. To be aware.

The other day I was feeling irritated. There was no reason for me to feel angry. I decided to sit in the emotion for a few moments and to listen to what I needed to know. Asking myself basic questions, “What is it that you are feeling? Why?” As, I anchored into the emotion I was feeling at the time, a realization began to come forward. I had personal insight move to the foreground. Realizations that I had been pushing into the background.

How do you deal with emotions?

First of all, by taking the time to acknowledge my emotions, I was supporting my mental health. To deny emotions and feelings is not healthy. We don’t want to admit that our emotions are not always happy. It makes us feel like we’re not being positive when emotions are running low. Where is it written that we have to be feeling happy all the time?

Next, one has to realize that emotions are not good or bad. Emotions just are. It’s what is being experienced at that moment. If someone has said or done something that has triggered a strong response from you, ask yourself why? Usually, when we have a severe reaction to an individual, it’s because that person has mirrored a part of our personality that we don’t want to admit we have.

Rather than thinking we have to be happy, loving and kind all the time, embrace all of your emotions. But, remember not too dwell on the emotions that cause us to fall into a never ending loop of fear or anxiety.

Lastly, you are the creator of your world! Because our thoughts create the reality to be experienced, it’s important to pay attention to what you’re thinking.

Schumann Resonance by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

I write and talk about the Schumann Resonance. This is the frequency measurement of Earth. Scientist have taken this measurement daily for years. We know when a major event occurs on Gaia, there is a reaction in the change of frequency coming from our home. The measurement is call hertz (hz). The normal range is between 7.8 to 30 hz.

Millions Gathered Together

Last night, millions of people world wide joined with each other in prayer/mediation. This event was organized by grassroots meditation groups. The purpose of the event was to focus on peace and love while the entire globe is in quarantine from the Coronavirus.

It’s said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different outcomes. This is what we have done for the last 21 centuries! It’s time for change!

We, the people of the world, are tired of the way life has been lived for all these centuries. It’s time to put away the greed and the illusion that there is not enough resources to sustain us all. Right now, is the time to do away with the power mongrel philosophy of hoarding money, trying to control the peoples of the world and to manipulate the outcome for a few selected people.

New Earth

The voices of the people are heard!  Last night as millions of people focused on change, the Schumann Resonance was measured at an astonishing 76 hz! We have the momentum going for change. Let’s not lose this beginning that is started for a better world.

Moving forward, I hope we will realize that we can accomplish more by working together instead of trying to compete. We are all in this together. Work one with the other and our world will make quantum leaps ahead for the betterment of all of humankind.

There is no going back!

 

Creation Story Part 2 by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

In part one we talked about Adam and Eve’s creation, choices they had, and fall from grace. Today in part 2 we are looking at a different perspective all together. I think outside of the box. As a result, I’m not restricted in my thinking. I do my own thinking. Do you?

My mother used to tell me, “God gave you a brain, use it!” However, using my brain often gets me into trouble. I am one of ‘those’ people who think outside of the box. Thinking outside of the box is often viewed as being a ‘little off’. That’s ok. I’m don’t worry about what other people think of me. Are you ready to begin this journey on thinking outside of the box?

In the beginning

Spirit looked over the newly formed creation of planet Earth. Many creatures roamed over the earth and flew in the skies above. Yet there seemed to be something missing…

“Let us make a man in our own image.” Interesting choice of words, don’t you think? Creator Source made man.

“It’s not good for man to be alone.” Source put man to sleep. A rib is removed to create woman. (First anesthesia and surgery preformed.) Man and woman are intelligent beings. They have free will.

Fall from intimacy

Man and woman have an intimate relationship with I AM THAT I AM. Conversations are intimately deep and meaningful. Humankind and God are one in the same. As you recall, mankind is created in the likeness of Creator God. Man and woman having deep knowledge of ALL THAT THERE IS, knows what it’s like to be Spirit Most High. After all, God is connected spiritually with Adam and Eve.

Suppose just for a moment that Adam and Eve chose to experience what it would be like to grow and expand on their own. This is where eating from the Tree of Knowledge comes in.

Rather than living in paradise, the couple decided to experience life from a new reality. Hence, the experiment of life without the knowledge of Yahweh begins. Adam and Eve are expelled from the garden.

The veil is raised.

Finding the way back home

Adam and Eve find themselves in a new reality. Forgotten is the knowledge of being intimate with God. There is a veil blocking their memory of being in spiritual connection with Source. Faced with separation from Father God makes life difficult. In contrast, there now is no intimacy with God. Something is missing, but what? Furthermore, one now has to learn how to care for themself.

Adam and Eve are now looking outside of themselves for Spirit. God is up in heaven or on some other plain of existence. Because they are looking outside of themselves for God, there is a sense of something missing, but what?

Religion teaches us that Father lives in heaven. Heaven is a far off place. Mankind is separated from Yahweh. How do we find our way back home? Where and what is home?

Remembering

Rather than looking on the outside for God, turn your attention to what’s inside of you. What do you mean? Pay attention to the soft voice that talks to you during quiet moments. Also, listen to your ‘gut’ feeling. Trust your intuition.

Think back to all those times when you said to yourself, “I should have trusted my gut!” So, where do you think your gut feeling comes from? Who is that small quiet voice speaking to you?

Meditating is the fastest way to get in touch with your feelings and to learn to listen to the voice inside of you. As a result of meditation, you soon learn to trust the word deep within you. Likewise, as you learn to trust the intuition instructing you, you will begin communicating with God who is in you.

Look inside to see Source

While one meditates, you become in-tune with the seed of Spirit that is with you at all times. Listen with your heart, not with the mind. God once said, “Be still and know that I am God.”

You’re never alone. Being away from Spirit is the first lie. The veil is in place making it difficult for us to remember the connection with Source.

Just for a moment, close your eyes, focus on your breathe. Breath in deeply. Release the breathe slowly. Feel you body relaxing. Also, the more relaxed you are, the easier it is to listen to the inner knowing within you.

As a result, the voice within will speak gently to you. Listen with your heart and trust that what is being spoken is the truth. How do I know if this voice is God’s? First of all, Source speaks from love. Hence, your connection with Love gives you a sense of peace.

As you sit quietly, you will soon see a tiny light activate in the center of your core. So, as this light glows brighter, the warmth of love will fill you entirely. The veil is coming down. You remember once again what it’s like to be one with Spirit.

See the truth

The truth is, God is not in heaven. Nor is He somewhere out in the universe. God is and has always been within you. Also, feel the love that comes from this source within. As a result, this love spreads and grows filling us from the bottom of our feet to the top of our head.

This love inside is God. Stand centered in the God space. Align yourself with this energy. By aligning yourself with God within, you have once again reignited the spark of recognition between you and God.

Know that standing in this energy of love, has ripped down the veil of deception. You now remember, “I’m one with Creator!” Therefore, you know the truth! Finally the truth has set you free!

Is Your Ego Aligned? by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

Freud’s model of the psyche teaches us, the id is the primitive and instinctual part of the mind. It contains the sexual and aggressive drives along with hidden memories. The super-ego operates as a moral conscience. The ego is the realistic part that mediates between the desires of the id and the super-ego.

Ego as the bridge

It seems to me that the ego has a tough time bridging the id and super-ego into a balanced existence. What happens when the ego is out of balance? Are you even aware that your ego is no longer aligned? Self-talk becomes distorted when the ego is out of balance.

It’s important that we maintain the ego and make repairs promptly. How do you know when repairs are needed on the ego?

Signs that your ego is on the low side

When one has low self-esteem the self-talk can be rather brutal. Compassion is not something we extent to ourselves during times of low self-esteem. Self-talk becomes harsh and abusive.

I’m not going into a textbook explanation on low self-esteem, but I want you to be able to identify when you have dropped into this form of self abuse.

Some of the symptoms include: apologizing too much, reluctant to express disagreement with others, fearful of making mistakes, unable to recognize when you have done a good job, and the list goes on…

What is the conversation you have with yourself?

How could I be so stupid? I should have known what the outcome would be! I’m just a nobody who can’t do anything right!

Critical self-talk can result in physical symptoms of fatigue, depression, stomachache, headache, sleep disturbances, just to name a few of the problems.

When you continually beat yourself up you may find that your body will respond by feeling weighed down. You may become suicidal. Illness may show up as stomach ulcers, insomnia and migraines.

Remember, what you continually tell yourself will show up in your life. We believe our self-talk even when it’s not true.

Super sized ego

The know-it-all, we have all dealt with them in our life times. This individual can be like a steamroller. They roll right over you leaving all kinds of destruction in their path.

The super sized ego shows up as one who has to be right in every situation. This ego is over demanding, angry, has an inflated sense of self-worth. One becomes critical of other people seeing a distorted image of others as that person is being stupid. This ego thinks they are the only ones who have the answer in any given situation.

Physical symptoms of a super sized ego

Some of the ways this super sized ego can affect your health includes being irrational and angry most of the time. When one is angry most of the time, you may find that your blood pressure is high. You may need to take medication to control your blood pressure. Heart disease can become a problem and you’re at a higher risk for stroke.

The super sized ego can have sleep disturbances and experience depression just like the ego with low self-esteem.

How do we align the ego?

Pay attention to your self-talk. Once you recognize that you’re being overly critical either of yourself or others, it’s time for maintenance. How does one align their ego?

Once you have recognized that your ego is out of alignment, pay attention to your inner dialogue you’re having with yourself. Try to identify the trigger point that brought you out of alignment. Was it brought on because of over doing and not taking time for yourself? Have you not taken the time to nurture yourself?

Once you realize that you’re out of alignment with your ego, schedule time for yourself. Take a walk in nature. When we are in nature, we are able to reconnect with Mother Earth. It’s important for us to feel the frequency of the earth’s vibrational hum. All living creatures are in need to feel the earth’s vibrations to stay healthy.

Take time to quieten the mind. Turn off all the noise around you such as the TV, radio, computers… Disconnect from the distractions of social media. Meditate even if it’s only for a few minutes. Be in the moment. The past is over and the future is yet to be written. In reality, now is all that we have.

Self-talk for healing

Every thought is a prayer. It is. What your mind dwells on is what you will attract into your life. Our thoughts will magnify our reality.

Nurture yourself. Show compassion to yourself. Cut yourself some slack. Make it a point to think about the good things that happened in your day. Look in the mirror and just smile at yourself. Be honest about how hard it is to allow yourself to love you. Self love is not being conceded.

It’s important for you to say, “I don’t know how to show compassion to me. I want to love myself, but I don’t know how to start.”

Start by just smiling at yourself. That’s all one needs to do. As you smile more at you, it will become easier to see the positive side that’s been hidden away. Allow the positive thoughts to surface. It’s ok to say, “I did a good job on that project.”

Everyone has attributes that are positive. Everyday list at least ten positive things about yourself. Each day it will become easier. It’s ok to say, “I love myself.” It’s not only ok, but necessary for good mental and emotional health.
