Vaccine Shedding by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

You just got jabbed with the vaccine. You feel proud and safe. You have your badge of honor. But are you safe? Are you safe to be around other people?

What is vaccine shedding?

Vaccine shedding is a concept called “viral shedding” or “vaccine shedding”. It’s a process of the body releasing viral particles from a vaccine and possibly creating a risk of infection to others.

Therefore, the only way for vaccine shedding to happen is from a live-attenuated vaccine.  This  means the vaccine contains a weakened version of a germ that causes a disease. These vaccines work by letting the virus replicate inside a person’s body enough times to stimulate an immune response, but does not cause the disease itself.

Currently these vaccines in the U.S. are:

  • MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella)
  • Chickenpox
  • Shingles
  • Rotavirus
  • Nasal flu spray
  • Typhoid

However, there have been cases of shedding reported with the flu vaccine which is a dead virus. There have been a few reports connected to the Chickenpox vaccine and Polio vaccine.

This brings us to the controversy about the Coronavirus-19 vaccine.

Is Coronavirus-19 listed as a vaccine?

The Coronavirus-19 is listed as an “experimental drug”. It is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Read my article on the development regime of vaccines.

However, you will see some claims that the Coronavirus-19 is approved by the FDA. Do your research and you will see that the FDA does not use the word approved.

Does Insurance cover adverse reactions to the vaccine?

Contrary to popular belief, existing health insurance policies are unlikely to cover the cost of vaccination and adverse reactions. They typically don’t cover experimental drugs. Insurance sources state that only policies designed purely for the Covid-19 vaccination process would help bear the costs.

Furthermore, CNBC reports:

  • Under the PREP Act, companies like Pfizer and Moderna have total immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.
  • A little-known government program provides benefits to people who can prove they suffered serious injury from a vaccine.
  • That program rarely pays, covering just 29 claims over the last decade.

As a result, these pharmaceutical companies have total immunity from lawsuits involving adverse reactions and death due to this experimental drug. (Convenient isn’t it?)

In February, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. This act protects the pharmaceutical companies from legal litigation.

Credit to the above information given to: (https://www.cnbc.com/2020/12/16/covid-vaccine-side-effects-compensation-lawsuit.html)

However, in the past, pharmaceutical companies typically weren’t offered much liability protection under the law. Why are they being given total immunity now?

Yes, there’s more!

Last evening I was privileged to be on a zoom meeting with Dr. Christiane Northrup. Dr. Northrup is listed as one of the top 13 trusted doctors in the U.S. Or, she was until she started giving reliable information about the Coronavirus-19 vaccine. Now, she’s being attacked by the establishment for giving accurate information. She’s been blocked on Instagram, accused of giving false information and demonized for educating the public on this controversial topic.

Dr. Northrup is only one of many physicians who is being attacked for educating the public on the truth about the Coronavirus. I find it interesting that a doctor who is listed as one of the most trusted healthcare providers in the country can fall so quickly from grace for speaking the truth.

What are the statistics on the vaccine?

That’s a good question! This latest data is at least three months old. Vaccine Adverse Reporting Event System (VARES) data showed a nearly 4000% increase in deaths after the experimental drug is given.

Therefore, the numbers are not allowed to be talked about and reporters are band from reporting the actual numbers. Having said this, these are the latest numbers I could find.

According to the VARES data, which is at least three months behind there were almost 4,000 reported deaths. In the past, vaccines were halted at less than 100 deaths reported. Using the calculating formula, it’s thought that the numbers could be as high as 50,000.

Informed medical observers note that VAERS only captures anywhere from 1% to 10% of actual deaths or symptoms. That means anywhere from 33,000 to 330,000 Americans have already died after taking covid-19 vaccines.

Conspiracy Theory?

That’s up for you to decide. However, I encourage you to do your own fact finding. Keeping in mind that you will have to dig deep to find the facts. Why? Because, mainstream media is bought and paid for. Having said this, mainstream media is now being caught in the propaganda disinformation they are dishing out. This causes the public to look to other reliable sources. It’s there, you just have to look for it.

Last evening after listening to Dr. Northrup talk with our group, I left the meeting feeling distraught. Why? Because, she confirmed the facts I had already found on my own.

There was free flowing conversation between Dr. Northrup and the people attending the meeting. I’m not sure of the total number of people in attendance, but I know it was several hundred informed Americans. In reality, the number was anticipated to be over 1,000.

We are in a world wide crisis. Not from the Coronavirus-19, but from our national leaders in each country and from the Medical Association. I can’t help, but wonder what’s really going on behind the scenes?

I encourage you to look at the posted information below. If you only look at one, let it be the first one listed. Listen to the whole report.

The one thing I do know, the truth always comes out!

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

It’s hard to know what the truth is at times. One has to dig deep to get to the truth and that’s not always easy.

The CDC is a United States federal agency under the Department of Health and Human Services.

The CDC is a private corporation. The stakeholders, include the pharmaceutical and vaccine industries that profit from infectious diseases. However, the focus really isn’t on real prevention and cures for these diseases.

CDC is regarded as a leader in scientific research charged to protect the American people and to focus on keeping Americans healthy. In addition, the CDC works with the private sector to advance CDC’s mission of protecting Americans. Meanwhile, partnerships allows the agency to accomplish more by working together with other scientists and institutions.

What?

Confused yet? There is a lot of contradiction concerning the CDC. Meanwhile, let’s see if we can unravel some of the confusion. However, just wait, it still gets more confusing.

So, the CDC works closely with the private sector. Two of the most important reasons for the public-private partnerships are to ensure health safety and to contribute to a healthy economy.

The CDC Foundation receives funding through charitable contributions and philanthropic grants from individuals. In addition, funds come from several private foundations, corporations, and universities to advance the work of the CDC. This is NOT a government-funded organization. Really?

The CDC itself is a federal agency, so it receives all of its funding from the Federal Budget. How can that be true if they accept outside monetary gifts?

This will make your head spin! It’s a lot of double talk, isn’t it?

Who are the private contributors?

It’s important to know who the largest donors to the CDC are. Why is it important? The larger the contribution, the greater the influence.

I was chairperson for the Evidence Based Practice Performance Committee (EBP) for the Veterans Administration (VA) in Northwest Arkansas, for three years. This committee looked at research papers to determine the best and most up-to-date treatments in the different areas of medicine. One of the ways we determined if the research was unbiased and accurate was by looking at the source of the grant money.

Remember a few years back, the advertising concerning how healthy wine is for the heart? On looking deeper at who funded the research, it was discovered that the wine industry was the contributor of the moneys for the study. As it turned out, it wasn’t the wine that was healthy for the heart, but a component found in the grapes. Therefore, the investigation supporting the wine theory wasn’t considered unbiased. We didn’t use this research paper in our search for EBP in heart health.

Having said this, who are the largest private contributors to the CDC? As it turns out there is the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Merck & Co., Inc., World Health Organization, several universities (no wonder tuition is so expensive), Pfizer Inc., and several foreign countries. This is just a short list. I will post links for those of you who are interested in whose influence is associated with the CDC.

How are donors a problem?

The more money a donor contributes to the CDC, the larger their influence. When a contributor gifts several million dollars to the CDC, there is considerable influence. Don’t be fooled, follow the money. The donors have self interest at heart. Yes, they do have a say in how the money is spent. In addition, they expect to influence the outcome of any study. That is to say, if I’m a pharmaceutical company granting millions of dollars in a study of which medication is the best vaccine, I would expect my vaccine to be listed at the top of the list.

Above all, how can you trust an agency who accepts money in extremely large sums to post unbiased truth? You can’t.

The CDC, World Health Organization (WHO), National Institute of Health (NIH) agencies are all compromised. I learned years ago as an Infection Prevention Nurse, I couldn’t rely on these agencies statistics. When cross referencing their statistics with other reliable sources, I would often find that the information was inflated. The numbers were often higher than what was true.

An example, the death rate on the COVID-19 in the U.S. was stated as being 3.3 million. It was misleading in that it made the overall death rate appear higher because of COVID-19. But, according to the Funeral Home Director’s website, the death rate is down by 7.7% since 2015. This website questioned the reports on the COVID-19 death rate. The Funeral Home Director’s certainly know how many people are buried buried in a given year.

Conclusion

My point to this article is, don’t necessarily believe what you’re being spoon-fed. Do your own research. Be informed! It’s especially imperative to be knowledgable when there is so much conflicting information being published. And most of all, dig deep! Don’t stop at the articles easily found. These articles are often to mislead you and control you with fear. When people become fearful, it’s easy to lead the masses astray. Hitler proved how easy it was.

Relationships by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

Relationships are hard. It’s very difficult to maintain a connection through the years. However, I have been looking at people who have a long-term link with one another.

What is a relationship?

Relationship is defined as the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected, or the state of being connected.

Therefore, how we connect the dots, so to speak, determines how strong the bond is. The list on different relationships is long. However, I’m addressing the most four common types of relationships.

The four most common types of relationships include:

  1. Family
  2. Friends
  3. Work related
  4. Romantic
Family Connections

Above all, I think the family alliance is the most difficult to maintain. In other words, we don’t get to choose our family, at least in most cases. I didn’t choose who my birth parents were, but I did get to choose who my adopted father is.

Being born into a family doesn’t mean you will bond with that family group or even like them. Families put the greatest amount of pressure on us. For example, as one matures, family values may not resonate with our internal values. This causes conflicts. The conflict is so intense that family dynamics breakdown and are never repair. I know a family who had to hire a mental health therapist to observe their interactions and teach them how to get along with one another.

In some families, the interconnection comes easy. They are the lucky ones. Above all, we have to remember the majority of families are a combination of each extreme. It takes work to stay connected as a family especially as the group changes. Children grow up, older  members die off.

Therefore, as the family nucleus changes, it’s harder to stay in touch with each other.

Friendships

I get to choose my friends. As a result, it’s easier to like those people in my circle of contacts. Friends come and go. If you have one true friend, you’re lucky. To continue the bond through decades is remarkable. I have a dear friend who has been in my life for several decades. That is to say, we have gone years without seeing each other, but when we reconnect, it’s like we saw each other yesterday. We both moved back to our childhood home town several years ago. She moved back the first of April and I moved back home at the end of that April. No matter where life takes us, the entanglement we share from our childhood will stay strong.

The thing about friendships is that they are not all destined to last a lifetime. Friends ebb in and out of our lives like the waves on a shoreline. Some are meant to last for a short time. Others for a little longer. Cherish these connections.

Coworkers

Oftentimes, we spend more time with coworkers than we do with family or friends. This relationship is tricky. The experiences we share on the job creates an impact on the workplace. The workplace is either a place one looks forward to going or one that is dreaded. Having said this, there’s really very little in-between. How do you navigate through these channels?

  • Set boundaries
  • Keep home at home and work at work
  • Maintain a balance between work and personal time
  • Save the chit chat with coworkers for break time
Romantic relationships

This is the most mystical alliance of all to me. I look at my friends and family who have been married for over 30 years. On the outside, it appears that their marriage is a “happily ever after” fairy tail. But, in reality these marriages have their ups and downs like any other long-term connection. I learned in these romantic links the couples have made a point to communicate clearly with each other. The partner may not always like what the other one is saying, but they manage to work through the difficult times.

There are times in these partnerships that they don’t even like one another. However, they seem to work through the situations and survive.

In summary

How do we have meaningful relationships?

  1. Be honest at all times. Speak your truth will kindness, compassion and consideration. Choose your words. In other words, think before you speak.
  2. Put in the effort. Don’t just show up expecting the other people involved to do all the work.
  3. Show respect to the individual you’re with. If you don’t show respect to them, how can you expect for them to be respectful toward you?
  4. Don’t judge. You never know the full story. When we judge others, we’re blocking them into a corner and not open to see the full picture. You don’t want to be judged. Don’t do it to others.
  5. Set boundaries. Don’t apologize for it. Boundaries keep connections healthy. Setting boundaries shows respect for yourself and the others involved.
  6. Listen and be willing to hear what is being said, even if you don’t agree. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs. Remember, it’s not always what you say, but how you say it.

Relationships are both fascinating and perplexing to me. This is a topic that will always keep my attention.

Heuristic Manipulation by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

I recently heard the word heuristic. It has many applications. However, I’m only focusing on the psychological use.

What is heuristic?

Heuristic as an adjective that means enabling a person to discover or learn something for themselves. Any approach to problem solving that employs practical methods is not guaranteed to be the best or rational approach. It is nevertheless adequate in achieving an immediate short-term goal. Heuristics can also be mental shortcuts that make decision making easier.

Therefore, another way to look at heuristic, it’s a ‘rule of thumb’ that guides our behavior to chose the best pathway to take.

I like the ‘Dummies 101’ approach to learning. Why make it hard when you don’t have to? I like to use practical solutions to achieve my goals. We use information that is quickly available. Often this information is derived from experiences that helps us in the decision making process or problem-solving.

How are we manipulated through heuristics?

Psychology is used against us daily and we don’t even realize it’s happening. In addition, big business uses heuristics very effectively to increase product sales.

Similarly, marketing takes steps to influence the consumer to buy products they don’t need. You think you’re making wise decisions. Think again!

Think about the product ad that says ‘limited time only’! The adviser even has a clock on the ad ticking down. This clock causes a panic to the consumer! Time is running out and I have to make my decision NOW! You act in a rash manner and buy the product. Having done this, you feel relieved. That is until the product arrives at your door. You eagerly open the package. The box is big! Bigger is better, it means there’s more product. Alas, when you open the box you see it’s half full. Not only is the container only half full, but the ingredients are substandard.

You feel disappointed and fooled. This makes you angry. You’re mostly angry at yourself for listening to the ad. You vow to never be fooled again. At least, until the next clever ad.

Pay attention to the words!

Therefore, with heuristics, logic is replaced with the urge to avoid missing out on that product perceived to be of high value.

Marketing a product takes careful wording. It’s important to play on people’s emotions. People don’t like feeling they were tricked or fooled. It really makes one mad.

I saw an ad recently. The seller said that body washes have a detergent in them. Buy their soap because it’s detergent free.

The ad pointed out that body washes contain detergents. Detergents are chemicals. However, everything on earth is a chemical. Do your research. Read labels. I’m not going to talk in this article about which is better, soap or body detergent.

Get to the point!

The point is, we’re easily manipulated by advertising. You are not stupid. Ad makers are masters at word placement. Psychology is a part of the marketing curriculum. It’s a game. In addition, ads target consumers emotions. No one escapes the marketing tactics.

Heuristics is subversively used in social media. How addicted are you to social media? How often do you check your cell phone to see what’s been posted on social media sites?

Social media addiction is a whole other branch in psychology. In other words, one misses out on living life when our nose is glued to the social apps. Those photos are just a shot in time. Live your life to the fullness you deserve. Do not compare yourself to other! In reality, their lives aren’t that great.

I closed all my social media accounts a few months ago. It was surprisingly easy to walk away. I find I’m staying in contact with friends and family more often. Having real conversations is more rewarding than looking at postings. I’m engaged in life, not a bystander on the sidelines.

Summary

Heuristics manipulation is part of life. Above all, remember to cut yourself some slack. Show compassion to yourself if you happen to fall for an ad’s influence. It’s their job to try to control us. So, in conclusion, go out live your life and enjoy it. Now that you know about heuristics you can play the game better.

Red Light Therapy by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

Twenty years ago, I became aware of red light therapy. (No, I’m not talking about the red light district.) This therapy is effective in skin care.

What is red light therapy?

Red light is a natural light that can penetrate deep into the skin, where the cells can absorb it. In addition, red light therapy is called a low-level laser therapy (LLLT), low-power laser therapy (LPLT), and photobiomodulation (PBM). This technology was developed in the 1990s.

How is red light therapy used?

Red light therapy treatment is used for skin regeneration. Therefore, this therapy works with the mitochondria. In addition, this stimulates the cells to repair themselves and become healthier. Therefore, this stimulation encourages healing in skin and muscle tissue.

Other uses for red light therapy are:

  1. Dementia. One small research study showed people with dementia who have regular treatment had better memory recall, slept better, and were less agitated.
  2. People with issues such as temporomandibular dysfunction syndrome (TMD) have less pain and tenderness after the light therapy.
  3. One study with both men and women who have hair loss, grew thicker hair in about 24 weeks. The control study, revealed people who didn’t have the red light didn’t have results.
  4. Another study showed that red and infrared light therapy reduced osteoarthritis pain by more than 50%.
  5. In addition, a very small study suggested the red light therapy reduced pain and inflammation with Achilles tendinitis.
  6. And of course, wrinkles and other signs of skin aging and damage showed promise with red light therapy. It also helped with acne scars, burns, and UV sun damage.
Are there risk?

No. How many treatments can say that? I couldn’t find any reports showing dangerous risk with this treatment.

Summary

Red light therapy is very promising. However, don’t expect miracles. You will see results over time. Don’t expect to see your skin smooth and tight in just a few treatments.

Health comes from the inside out. There are no creams or lotions that will give you less wrinkles. You will see less dryness with these products. However, you will not see younger looking skin, not really.

Healthy food and clean living is the key for youthfulness. Heal from the inside by feeding your cells with the nutrients needed for optimal health.

Building New Pathways in the Brain by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

I’m right handed. I write with my right hand. My teeth are brushed with my right hand. I eat with my right hand. My left hand usually is assisting my right hand. Doing the same thing the same way, creates a rut in your brain. Yes, it’s easier to do the same thing the same way each time. However, your brain is rutted with the same pathways being used in the same way. For instance, your brain looks like a well worn road. The road is depressed from the wheels rolling over the same spot. So, how do you get off the treadmill?

Making a new pathway

I’m easily bored. Doing the same thing in the same way really has no interest for me. Therefore, I continue to research new ideas. As I try new ideas out, I learn new perspectives. Move forward in your growth daily! Make sure you learn a new skill or see life from a new point of view.

The brain resist creating new neutral pathways. I know that the brain will resist new ideas. Hypnosis works around this problem by bypassing the ‘gate keeper’. However, this article isn’t about hypnosis. This article is about expanding your brain and keeping it active.

What is a neural pathway?

For instance, instead of doing activities the same way, step off the well known path. Brush your teeth with your left hand if you’re right handed. Yes, it’s actually hard to do and it takes longer. However, the more often you change hands the easier it becomes.

Every thought you think, each feeling you have, and every action you take can either deepen the furrow in the brain or create a new one. Neural pathways are the basis for your habits of thinking, feeling, and acting. These pathways are what you believe to be true. This is why you do what you do.

How do you make a new path?

Every time you learn a new song or focus your attention on new information, you make a new pathway in the mind. In other words, how do we keep our mind alert?

  1. The brain’s ability to change itself constantly by creating new neural pathways and losing those which are no longer used is called neuroplasticity. The process of creating new neural pathways and losing the ones no longer needed will help the brain remain open-minded, intuitive and able to overcome biases throughout adulthood. For the brain to rewire itself it requires practice of a new behavior.  The continued practice will sufficiently challenge the brain to think in a new way.
  2. Rethinking how you do things develops the brain’s functions that are currently underutilize. This helps to maximize the brain’s performance across diverse and unfamiliar tasks. Developing an agile brain is more important than you think. Thinking outside the box, keeps our mind active and young.
  3. A recent theory developed by Stanford professor Carol Dweck suggests that most people’s brains are fixed or stagnated in a growth mindset. As we age, it seems it’s harder to learn something new. In reality, we’re resistant to change. You are surprised how easy it is to learn a new skill once you let your guard down.
  4. Remember the KISS approach. (Keep It Simple Stupid) Focus on what’s in front of you. By doing this, the act of mindfulness has both a long and short term physical benefits on the brain.
Stay young at heart and in the mind as well

Do new activities. Having said that, do them in a way that you normally won’t attempt. Life is about change, embrace change! Change isn’t bad! Without change in our life, we would become stagnate! After that, grow and learn as much as possible. Keep making new pathways!

Who is that masked person? by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

I was in the grocery store a couple of weeks ago. I see a man who looks like my brother-in-law. But, I know this man is not my brother-in-law, even though he looks like him. The mask he is wearing makes it hard to know one way or the other if it truly is him. After that, I decide it’s not my brother-in-law because he is heavier. However, it has been a while since I have seen him.  We did just have the holidays. In addition, my brother-in-law lives on the other side of town. Above all, he would not have been grocery shopping in that particular store. Confusing isn’t it?

This incident makes me think about mask wearing. Therefore, I begin to think about the affects of wearing a mask.

Who is that masked man?

I’ve not said much about wearing mask. But, I guess it’s time I step out on a limb and say what I think. Keep in mind, I’m not going to get into a heated discussion with my readers.

I was an Infection Prevention Nurse with the Veteran’s Administration at one point in my medical career. So, I have a different perspective. Having said this, I will begin.

I held the position as chairperson for the Evidence Based Practice (EBP) committee for three years. The motto for an EBP nurse is show me the facts. Who’s behind the research being presented. It can’t be the same group who wants to make a point on a topic. It has to be an independent source verifying the facts.

I’m interested in words and how they’re used. For instance, I’m a curious woman. How you perceive that statement determines what you think. That statement from my viewpoint is that I’m curious about life and all things. Someone else may read that statement as me being curious or odd. Therefore, either statement can be true. I do have a sense of humor.

Do you know the origin of the word person? It is Latin in origin and means:

“a mask, a false face,” such as those of wood or clay, covering the whole head, worn by the actors in later Roman theater. Similarly, a person is masked.

I find that very interesting. Have you noticed that you’re not as trusting of people since you can’t see their face clearly?

Think about…

Because of my EBP background, I don’t necessarily trust what I hear.  And, because my mother used to tell me, “God gave you a brain, use it!”

I want you to think about this:

If we’re wearing mask, social distancing and being quarantined, why is the news media making it sound like people are dying off like flies from Covid-19?

If you really want to know what the death rate is, look at your country’s Funeral Home site statics. Here in American, it shows that the death rate is decreased 7.1% between 2015 to 20202. They expect an increase in the next few years because of the population of the very old (80 years and up) will be dying of natural causes. The funeral home page also didn’t support the information that Covid-19 was the leading cause of death. This site stated that the information being presented to the public by the news media is in question on the cause of death being Covid-19.

Now to the facts about wearing mask

  1. Wearing a mask decreases your intake of oxygen. Our lungs are designed to take in fresh oxygen and to exhale body waste such as carbon dioxide. Wearing a mask causes one to breath in the waste the body is trying to rid itself of. People who have breathing problems are at risk of having exacerbation of lung problems. If one is infected with any respiratory virus, you’re rebreathing the virus back into your lungs. Inhaling carbon dioxide causes rapid breathing, rapid heart rate, clumsiness, emotional upsets and fatigue.
  2. Mask pose a safety hazard. If you wear eyeglasses, they become fogged making it hard to see where you’re going. The waste expelled from the lungs is going into the eyes as well. Mask don’t always stay in place and can restrict your line of vision. Tripping over objects that are hidden from the line of vision is not unusual.
  3. The immune system is hampered. Low oxygen levels in the tissues (hypoxia) can suppress some aspects of the immune system. Older and younger people wearing a mask are said to be more vulnerable. Science has proven that lowered oxygen intake prevents the body in fighting infection.
  4. Mask can cause rashes, skin irritation, and allergies depending on the material the mask is made from. Remember, you’re breathing in the chemicals that are in the mask at the time of production. It doesn’t matter if it’s a disposal mask or cloth.
  5. Mask cause a financial burden on people as well. They are expensive. They get lost or damaged and have to be replaced.
Psychological affects of wearing a mask

Our brain is hard wired to look at people’s faces. Therefore, much information is gathered by looking at the face of a man or woman. Instead, one is not able to make a determination about a person who’s wearing a mask.

I develop trust as I look into the face of a person. I have to see the whole face, not just the eyes. For instance, to read an individual’s body language, we have to see the face in full. In addition, I find that I don’t trust someone when I can’t see their whole face.

You read another person by looking into the eyes and by watching the expression on the face. Child care workers tell me babies do not interact as much as they did because the face is covered. It’s going to be interesting to learn what the long term affects will be on these children. I predict that these babies will have a harder time learning to trust their instincts when it comes to dealing with people. For instance, this generation will have difficulty in social interaction.

Above all, men and women with claustrophobia are isolated. They are not able to deal with wearing a mask. More people are claustrophobic than you realize.

In closing

Tell me, has there ever been another time in history where you wear a mask into a bank and it’s ok?

Also, why is the parent wearing a mask in public, yet the children are mask free? If the threat of infection is so high, why would a parent not protect their child? Doesn’t make sense does it?

The best way to prevent the spread of germs is to wash your hands! I ask you, how long will you tolerate being manipulated with false information. Research the facts! Therefore, don’t take the word of the mainstream news media. Find the evidence! Trust yourself! Look for the evidence!

In conclusion: As mom said, “God gave you a brain, use it!”

Quantum Biofeedback by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

Since the last article I wrote on quantum frequencies, I earned certification in Quantum Biofeedback. Exciting, I know! At least, for me it is. And for my volunteers who graciously participate as I learn the technology. However, having said this, I am continually amazed by the readings I get during each session.

You can lie to yourself, but not to your aura!

We all lie to ourselves. No one likes to admit their own weakness. Therefore, each of us paint a picture of who we want to see ourselves as. So, I run a session on myself and, there it is, the emotional baggage staring back at me. I’m amazed at the information showing up in my energetic field. I don’t like to admit at times I worry.  Yes, I know! I’m consider the modern day version of Scarlett O’Hara in the sense that I don’t worry about things I can’t change. In other words, “Who me worry?”

In Quantum Biofeedback, I record a sample of my client’s voice. Next, I take a photo of the individual. Both the voice and photo are converted into a frequency range. Then, I process both frequencies and analyze the aura. I talked about auras in past articles, you may want to read it. With the first aura reading, I can see the colors associated with the clients energy being emitted at that point.

I see what’s going on with each client at that moment in the aura field. If the colors are murky, it shows stagnation in that area of the body. More often than not, this stagnation is chronic. It’s important to get the energy flowing freely. Having said this, getting the stagnation to move may require digging deeper into the emotional field. If energy stays stagnated, illness can show up in the body at some point in time. The aura should look bright in color when the qi is flowing.

Peeling the onion

I look at each layer of one’s energy field. There’s the body, the emotional and biofield. Under each of these categories are several areas to look at. In my practice, I observe the whole person. One size does not fit all. In other words, two people may come to me with the same issue. In allopathy medicine, western medicine, the doctor will basically prescribe the same medications for each patient who comes into the office with the same problem.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine explores the whole man or woman. Using the Quantum Biofeedback technology, I find my job is made easier. In each energy field of my client, I see what is currently going on. Therefore, I can see that the emotions being felt at the time are affecting the digestion. The digestion is also affected by the food eaten. And on it goes. With Quantum Biofeedback, it’s easier to look at the layers under a microscope so to speak.

Looking at each layer of the aura gives me better insight into what my client is dealing with. Looking at each aspect of the energy field gives me the understanding in what’s going on with that individual’s body. With Quantum Biofeedback I work on one energy layer and then I move on to the next layer. Always digging deeper is important.

Looking back helps resolve issues in the present!

Ok, now what I have to say will seem “woo, woo” to western populations. When I do hypnosis on clients, I regress the client back to the time when their issue began. Some of my clients regress back to a past life. Yes, it happens. No, I’m not debating on whether past life is real or not.

However, using Quantum Biofeedback, I look at the Past Life energy field. I know in my case, I was stunned at what I saw in my aura. I’m certified in Past Life Regression. The classes for this certification were 12 hours a day for a week. Yes, I know some of my past lives. Interestingly, these past lives showed up in my biofeedback session. The past imprints on the cells of our body and affects what is happening in our life today. Clear this trauma from the aura and you’re free to move on from those issues.

Quantum Biofeedback and health care

Quantum biofeedback is a good tool that is used in helping one reach a higher level of health. When we have better insight into what’s going on within our body, we’re better able to support our health. To be healthy physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually is after all the goal.

Quantum Biofeedback can be done remotely as well. I find this piece of information fascinating!

Here’s to better health and new tools to help you in 2021! Better health equals a better life!

Good Vibrations! by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

The Beach Boys have a song, Good Vibrations. It’s a fun song. However, there’s a deeper meaning to good vibrations.

What in the world are you talking about? Good vibes is just an expressing, right? Are you talking about a “woo, woo” topic? You know, one of those weird things that metaphysical people talk about.

What are Quantum Frequencies

The history of quantum mechanics is a fundamental part of the history of modern day physics. In 1838 the discovery of cathode rays by Michael Faraday, then the 1859–60 winter statement of the black-body radiation problem by Gustav Kirchhoff. In 1900, the German physicist Max Planck introduced the idea that energy is quantized. Look up the history of quantum mechanics if you want to know more, I’m not giving a history class today. Quantum mechanics is the beginning of the quantum discoveries.

In active standards the quantum transitions of atoms and molecules lead directly to the radiation of electromagnetic waves whose frequency serves as a standard or reference frequency. Such instruments are also called quantum generators.

So, what’s the point of this information? Quantum frequencies may not be seen, but they are measurable. Therefore, they affect everything on earth, including you.

Quantum Energy Medicine

What is Quantum Energy Medicine? Part of my training is in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Chinese philosophy calls this vital energy qi and it’s described as the body’s innate intelligence. However, this intangible energy is measurable as homeostasis. Homeostasis is your body’s ability to balance its internal environment to create good health.

TCM assesses the body’s balance. Low energy frequency can show up in the body’s aura or energy field before an illness shows up in the body. Our energy field is either balanced or running ‘hot’ vs ‘cold’.

Therefore, a deficiency in your qi can manifest as insomnia, decreases in vitality, or changes in appetite. I know many individuals experience mental tiredness with decreased energy.

In addition, a ‘hot’ qi shows up as being hyper and not able to focus or to sit still. You’re out of balance.

Ok, get to the point!

I work with clients on their qi. However, I recently acquired a new tool that gives me and my client a visual demonstration on what their energy field looks like at the time of service. Image, seeing what your energy field looks like before an energy frequency session and then seeing the after affect! It’s amazing!

In the past, when I worked with a client’s frequency field, there were no visual aids for the client to see. Having said that, I have had clients tell me that they can see colors coming from my hands as I was interacting with their aura.

Science has proven what Light Workers and Energy Medicine practitioners have know for thousands of years. Science has finally caught up with TCM, at least to a point.

In Summary

I will be writing more about this new technology in up coming articles. Client stories will be shared, with their permission, and they can tell you the results they had.

Remember, that energy work can help balance one’s aura, but as an energy practitioner, I make no claims of cures. Major hospitals around the U.S. are exploring having energy workers on staff. So, far the results are good.

My clients are mostly from a medical background. That’s an eyeopener isn’t it? Referrals actually come from doctors, advanced practice nurses and other medical related fields. Open your mind to the possibilities of the mind-body connection. In addition, know that your body is aware of what it needs to be balanced and healthy. Your body talks to you all the time. Unfortunately, you don’t listen until it’s screaming at you. Learn to listen to the subtle conversation it is having with you.

Boost Your Immune System Naturally! by Janet Lynas, Ph.D., N.H.D.

I never get sick! So, my immune system must be healthy so I don’t need to think about boosting it. I’m good to go!

Are you sure about that? Are you telling me people who have allergies have a poor immune system?

The Immune System

Bet you didn’t know we have three immune systems! Yes, indeed we do.

  • Innate immunity: Everyone is born with an innate (or natural) immunity, a type of general protection. Without this general protection, most of us would die shortly after birth. The moment you’re born, you have entered the minefield of bacteria, both good and bad.
  • Adaptive immunity: Adaptive (or active) immunity develops throughout our lives. Through exposure to environmental pathogens, our body learns to recognize those germs that are harmful to us. Active immunity is the immunity which results from the production of antibodies by the immune system in response to the presence of an antigen.
  • Passive immunity: Passive immunity is “borrowed” from another source and it lasts for a short time. What is passive immunity? Passive immunity is the short-term immunity which results from the introduction of antibodies from another person or animal.
Show and Tell

I’m not going to get technical in this article, but I will touch base on the basics. I like “show and tell”, so I will show you the basic immune cells. You can go in depth on how much you want to know about each cell.

Basic information includes:

  1. They destroy the disease-causing agents like microorganism’s, parasites, and the toxins related to them, thereby preventing infections from taking hold.
  2. Some of the cells work by neutralization of foreign material. They are the warriors or “exterminators”, our protectors.
  3. The function of other cells is to eat and destroy the disease-causing microbes. Who said cannibalism is wrong? At least in this case, it’s a good thing!
  4. However, a few of the cells help to keep a memory or blueprint of the previous attack. This is done so as to launch a quick attack in-case of another infection.

It’s amazing how the immune system works. I’ve just given you a thumbnail of information. Needless to say, our immune system is complex. The immune system protects your body from outside invaders, such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and the toxins or chemicals produced by these microbes. It’s made up of different organs, cells, and proteins that work together. Amazing isn’t it?

The cells from the parts of the immune system are made in various organs of the body. These organs include: Adenoids. Two glands located at the back of the nasal passage. Bone marrow. The soft, spongy tissue found in bone cavities. Lymph nodes. Are you impressed yet? Our body is very smart!

I will leave the basic lecture at this point because I don’t want to teach a class on the immune network in this article.

But wait! There is a little more!

The definition of active immunity is:

Active immunity involves the production of antibodies (by B lymphocytes) and cell-mediated response (with T lymphocytes). It provides relatively longer immunity (compared to passive immunity).

Active immunity is a scientific term used to describe the process through which a being, typically a human or an animal, builds up a specific resistance to a harmful invading substance.

Lastly, naturally acquired active immunity occurs when a person is exposed to a live pathogen. Then they may develop the disease. By having the disease one becomes immune as a result of the primary immune response. Once a microbe penetrates the body’s skin (our largest organ), mucous membranes, or other primary defenses, it interacts with the immune system. It’s exposed to the immune process which gives the body the upper hand.

Is there a disadvantage to active immunity?

Disadvantages of active immunity includes suffering from the disease, and the disease may be so severe that it may kill the individual. However, vaccines can kill as well. You have to weigh the facts before choosing what action you will take. (Read my earlier article on the flu vaccine.)
So, what do we do to support the immune system?

Go back to the basics! Chuck the junk foods! Not only does eating fast foods impair the body’s ability to protect itself, it also, destroys the workings of the body’s repair system.

Eat as much organic fruits and vegetables as possible. Limit the organic meat and grains. You’re heard me say in the past to “eat the rainbow”! It’s essential to eat a variety of foods. Foods rich in color have more nutrients than those with little color.

The best vitamins and minerals for a strong immune system include vitamins A, C, D and E, zinc, selenium, copper and iron . Research shows these nutrients have a great impact on the immune response. These nutrients are directly responsible for maintaining the health of various structures in the immune system and actively support  strengthening the body.

Furthermore, it’s important to get enough sleep, exercise (just move the body), breathe from the diaphragm to move the oxygen throughout the body, and don’t forget the healthy fats. As always, limit sugar! Many diseases are fed by sugar. Limit the food supply and the germ dies.

In addition to the above, stay hydrated not only with water, but with organic teas such as Green Tea or Turmeric Tea. Drinking fluids that will help support the body and nourish it are essential to keeping you healthy.

What else can we do?

I’m glad you asked! Meditation along with breathing exercises will help you reduce stress. You know the difference between good stress and bad stress, so, reduce the bad stress. Prolonged stress weakens the body. Take a walk and breathe deeply to help reduce stress.

In addition to the recommendations above you may find that:

  • Research has shown Elderberry can reduce the symptoms of viral upper respiratory infections, but more research is needed.
  • You know that coneflower you think that’s so pretty? It’s called Echinacea. A study in over 700 people found that those who took echinacea recovered from colds slightly more quickly than those who received a placebo or no treatment, but some researchers feel the difference is insignificant. Recommendation in taking Echinacea is for six weeks. Start it just before the cold and flu season. Stop it when the season is ended.
  • Garlic. A 12-week study in 146 people found that supplementing with garlic reduced the incidence of the common cold by about 30%. However, please make sure you take the odorless supplement. Otherwise, you will run off more than the common cold!
  • A good general multivitamin is recommended routinely for building the body’s defense system and overall health.

Remember, what your mind dwells on is what you will manifest into your life. Positive thinking promotes health, whereas, pessimistic thinking undermines healthiness. It’s ok to have fun with your food! Take a lead from children, they know how to enjoy their meals!

As always, talk to your doctor before starting a new regime.
